We've had 12" of beautiful snow from around 1PM yesterday thru early this AM. Thankfully it's been more snow and little ice. Power is still on. I only wish I had sprung for a YallOMeter!
I had to shovel around 6” from my place today (near Cleveland TN ) first time in over 50 years I’ve done that.
South Eastern Oklahoma here, and we got a good 6+ inches and it is great we haven't seen this much snow in a LONG time. I step out side and I just sink lol, I love it
I’m in SE Oklahoma too. This has been a wonderful change to our regular weather.

Started snowing here in Lexington, NC around 1pm. Within a half hour, it was coating the ground. Beautiful!!!!
@@HailMary888 You should be getting some soon. I'm in NC. It's been going for about an hour now, nonstop.
Still snowed in on this secondary road. It looks like the only way for me to get supplies is by traveling on foot. I will be limited on how much I can carry. But it will be better than nothing. Falling and breaking a bone is better than wrecking and dying. Wish me luck on this snow storm adventure.
Be careful when you go out in the weather, I always have 2 weeks of food stocked just in case.
Bundle up. Double ya socks
Prepare ahead of time. We were warned.
We were warned about 1 winter storm, was fully prepared for that one, not sure how many were prepared for the second one
@@randomtube8226 I heard about this one coming early in the week.
We got 11 inches of snow south of Mena, Arkansas just behind Shadow Mountain RV Park on Hwy 71.
It was a dud in Bowling Green. We got about 1/2" of snow.
It's 1:40 p.m, 10 Jan 2025. 33 Degrees here in Hermitage TN, we've got at LEAST 4 inches and still snowing very heavily and steadily.
We got 11 where I am at in NW Ark!!
Officially in Avondale Estates, GA (Atlanta), we got 3 inches. I only measured 2.5 inches in the back concrete patio, but that might've been under a few trees. Now (1:45pm) it's spitting sleet. I hear the roads are horrendous, thus I'm staying home with the family and pets for a day or two.
Middle Georgia- one hour south of Atlanta- just sprinkles of rain- no freezing yet.
For us here in Erie, Pennsylvania this is the norm. 16 degrees this morning right here on the lake. Kids still go to school nothing closes down and it’s just another winter day. I love it personally. Stay safe and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience for some of you..
My brother and his wife said they don't get this kind of weather in Douglasville Georgia. Well what a surprise. They sent me a video and yes they're getting getting it. I'm in Indiana and we are getting snow as of now

I'm in north middle Tennessee just 12 miles from the Kentucky border. It started snowing about 8:30 with tiny flakes. It's 12:30 now and the flakes are a little bit bigger and gently falling. I have about an inch of snow now so not that much for having snowed for 4 hours. No winds and it's 29 degrees.
Memphis here. Started yesterday at 830. Plenty snow. Whew
I live 10 miles from Ky in northern middle Tn it’s melting here 36 degrees roads are clear. Less than a inch so far
Yeah thought it was gonna be way worse for middle tn. Georgia got more snow than us. Barely an inch and nothing is sticking on the roads
I live a good 50 miles south of Atlanta. We got a few flurries, a little sleet, but mostly rain.
The kids still got to stay home from school just in case, because that's the way they role in middle Georgia.
Arkansas got two feet of snow where I live. So hope everyone out there is safe.

1/12/25 southern illinois. We were out of power for 140 hours due to the thickest ice we have ever seen here, followed by 6" of snow. Very grateful to the power company employees who worked in horrid conditions to help us all.
