You might be lucky. With my first, I lost hair in clumps. With my second and third, I didn’t lose any hair.
The IUD………..that thing had me bleeding worse than after having a baby. I kept waiting to see if the bleeding would stop, it didn’t. I ended up taking it out because that bleeding never stopped.

Hi Ericka, I’m currently watching now but I wanted to comment. I had an iud (Liletta) myself after my 2nd son in 2017 just up until last year june 2023. It will do its job, I didn’t really have any complaints or problems when it came to mines but I know everybody’s body is different. It is a hormone releasing iud, I removed it because now I would like another little blessing (God’s plan) this is my 8th cycle 🤞🏽 I don’t want to think it messed with my natural fertility. I did research and it says your fertility is supposed to return to normal as soon as possible. I am 32years old, by June it’ll be 1 full year. I’m hoping I get my baby girl soon 💚

@@IAmErickaJChannel I was the same way at first but at the time I didn’t want anymore kids. The most that happened with me was random spotting but no full on period. & Have I ? I’ve been trying since I took it out.. starting to give my man the side eye like it’s not me ummm 👀 🤣 💀 but I’m gonna keep hope alive hopefully this is my month 🙏🏽
You will get it love! I’m 32 and i was on the Liletta for 3 years and removed it in 2022! Last year i got pregnant and just gave birth to my 3rd baby in January! It was 1 year after getting it removed

@@IAmErickaJChannelyou could try a non-hormonal IUD! You’re supposed to start back ovulating after a month of removing your IUD, but if your cycles changed it could take a few months- a year of return to fertility. IUDs & implants are supposed to have the quickest return to fertility.

I’ve had the IUD (mirena) For about 10 years I did have problems with a different brand (it starts with a N) & I got it removed after 3 months & was pregnant shortly after then went back to mirena after the second pregnancy
I have been on the 5 year iud twice. I experienced heavy periods daily for the first 3 months the first time. The second time, I kept developing BV and gave it up after 2 years. I think my body struggled with having a foreign object inside me.
I love my IUD!!! I've been having it for 2 years now. I highly recommend the mirena

If you want to do the pill option
Lo Loestrin Fe is the best option. It has the lowest amount of hormones in it.
For IUD’s
Kyleena is the best one, they have a 3 year or 5 year option. And its the only iud with the least amount of hormones and with the kyleena you still get a monthly period

I have in the IUD in my hand and honestly no problem so far and my daughter is 2
Just like you I had my doubts with an IUD, howeeeeever, I will say that it WORKED 💪🏾 it did its job as far as preventing pregnancy. When we were ready to try for another pregnancy, my doctor recommended us to come for a removal and then to wait at least 2-3 cycles before throwing that ahh in a circle 😂 so here's where it got tricky.... I didn't conceive right away, I wanna say it took about 3 more months. Yes, I was worried at first but then out the blue I got a positive test. So maybe the lining of my womb had to build back up since the IUD thins the lining. Hope this helps! ❤

I did the depo shot before I had my daughter & omg the hormones were all over the place it was supposed to lighten my cycle but it didn’t & I had really bad hormonal acne too cause of it. Now after having my daughter I decided that I am one and done. I have the IUD & it’s been doing its job pretty damn good 😂
1. You’re gorgeous and you inspire me to be a hard working entrepreneur 2. I have the IUD currently and it was the most painful thing ever to get inserted. It felt like they used a stapler on my ovaries. Also my period stayed on for 1.5-2 months. BUT my sister had hers inserted and didn’t feel a thing. So I guess it just depends on the person. I will say it’s effective though, my partner and I “practice making babies”😂 and I haven’t been knocked up once in the 5 years ive had it. Hope this helps!!

@@IAmErickaJChannel 😂. My daughter was so busy being the mother at 4 I had to breast feed my son in another room, because I didn’t want her trying to feed him. She thought she was really the mother.
I just had my first baby and popped in an iud being that my pregnancy became high risk. Ended up getting severe preeclampsia. Doctor told me the next time would most likely be life or death 😟 surprisingly the iud insertion didn’t hurt

Nooo!! Ericka Don’t get the IUD!! I had it for about two years and out of nowhere. My pH balance started to get thrown off and it was just bad. I don’t know what it was … I wasn’t having sex but I wouldn’t recommend as soon as I got that out. I had no more problems with my pH balance. I don’t know what was going on down there.😂😮 I currently have the Nexplanon
