Which machine is best Janome or Juki?
My machines don't have a special twin needle icon but i have preserved and doing ok ,did .ike the idea of using bobbin holder for second reel . Thank you

Presser foot is all purpose general foot- comes with most of the home sewing machine.

So do I use a regular straight stitch?
I might be a little late but just for reference…I don’t have a special twin needle selection on my Janome mechanical sewing machine, but I looked it up on the Janome website and they said to use a straight stitch:
“While most twin needle work is completed with a straight stitch, there are many stitch options that can add some flair to the finished product. From ZigZag to decorative stitches, there is one consideration that a sewist must take into account when selecting a stitch; being the size of the twin needle.”
I tried it and it works great!!
Can i use it like overlock stitches
