That’s the best I’ve seen Sinner volley. Very clean and crisp at net. He just keeps getting better and better.
Agreed, Sinner's net game improved, his approaches were also better, footwork is better and smoother.
He should focus on drop volleys, it's very fatal if he can master those, Alcarz's volleys are 80% drop volleys.
He is already doing more drop volley than before....in French open against alcaraz he hit almost no drop volley.....but he needs to improve his net game more.....
Da li je bio dopingovan?😊
He knows it's the biggest separator between he and Carlos. If he keeps improving his netgame on faster surfaces then he is going to dominate tennis
“game sinner “ heard about 100 times
😂😂😂😂
12 times actually;)
The first 1 min 11s is just "Set Sinner"
From 0-6 to 7-7 in H2H in one year.
Looks like It will be around 14-7 this time next year
😂@@NIKOkorbut
at this moment the only ones hard to beat are Djokovic and Alcaraz for him
The doping works
@@RKSxd Federer would kill him
Sinner and Alcaraz are on a different level than any other player right now.
you forget djoker, like always :)
@@fred3r1k He did or I do that deliberately.
@@fred3r1k Makes sense since Alcaraz and Sinner are both on a different level at the moment even compared to Novak!
The next gens and lost gens just weren't that good. And the tall next gens won't age well either.
@@fred3r1kno he's definitely a level below them
Great to see Sinner play with such composure and patience
Maybe unrelated, but Did you See the way he sent the ball to oblivion when he won ? There's meaning behind that I think
@@JohanRfrlhs that was a very meaningful gesture indeed
Meddy has reached his ceiling in 2021. With the rising of Alcaraz & Sinner it would be extremely tough for him to have a shot at another GS title.
I would say impossible.
He can win with luck like fritz reached in final us open
I don't think so, because Medvedev takes Sinner out of Wimbledon this year and beat Alcaraz last year in the semi final of US Open. Just lack of consistency I think.
He's never gonna even get to a final if he keeps drawing Sinner and Alcaraz in QF and SF like he has been doing
@@ArquiArthur His poor drop shot technique is not suitable for modern tennis((!
Meddy did pretty good in the second set taking into account he had to change his forehand due to his shoulder pain.
heard him talking to the physio saying he wasn’t really feeling the pain in his ground strokes, just the serve. I think the half slice forehand was genuinely just a change up and it honestly worked pretty well.
I also noted something was up with his forehand. Looked like he did some kind of weird half-slice side spin stroke
Yeah,he got injured yesterday during the tie break with Stef. It didn't seem serious yesterday because he played even better after treatment.
Wow 😊
Sinner so dominant 😊
Too bad Meddy injured his shoulder but man, what a performance from Sinner. He's not world number 1 for nothing.
24GS😂😂😂😂😂 comes from THE GOD
@@sw_elian With a perfectly good shoulder the result would be the same

@@pancizlwhat is the point of your comment. Are you fans that insecure
Sinner and Medvedev are 2 of my favourite players.
Poor Medvedev. He’s completely outplayed by Sinner.
Not surprising. Medvedev hasn’t been playing very well recently.
despite his injury, meddy needs to come up with better strategy to beat sinner..
Sinner's game is evolving. He is founding better feel to volley and closing the point in the net. He also mixing more with slice, drop shot and lobs!
Amazing match by Sinner!! Medvedev simply can't figure him out at the moment. Looking forward to hopefully another Sinner vs Alcaraz match 💪
Wow, unbelievable performance from Sinner. Medvedev appeared like a random top50 player. First set fab-Sinner 😅 scary, I think Medvedev won't ever win again with Sinner
This stepping in whippy forehand down the line at 4:02 is something new from Sinner. He really is improving day by day. As he develops his offensive abilities he can maintain his n1 spot for a long time and find ways to beat Alcaraz
Thats from doping...you think he improve, dope does that shot 🤮
@zorankostur hahaha dude, you have a career in stand up comedy, what are you doing here?!
@@zorankosturyour brain needs clostebol, but tons of it!

@@zorankostur you have a future in the circus LoL.
I was wondering about Meddy’s forehand until I read the comments. Hope he recovers well.
Sinner’s looking strong tho! That first set scoreline is unreal against someone like Daniil
He got a shoulder injury yesterday during the tie break agianst Stef.
And he’s still calm as a cucumber ❤ Jannik.
The charisma of it ;)
as a carrot 😊
@@iansmirna5183most boring player ever BY A MILE. Hits harder than Courier. And that's all. No nuances whatsoever, no elegance at all. His forehand and backhand are both played with almost bent arms. His backhand stance is ridiculous, the way he bounces down with his legs. It's weird, but Medvedev's shots are 10 times more pleasing to watch, and his game has lots of tactical depth. Not his day, though.
NO AURA. NO CHARISMA. NO EMOTIONS. BORING DOPED PLAYER.
@@mirko9072 reading your bs he must be extremely lucky to be N1 with all that points... 😂😂😂 Poor delusional
you can really see how Sinner compared to Daniiel are able to accumulate so much more power on his forehand the way he hits the ball
Jannik ❤❤❤🦊🥇🏆🧡🧡🧡... In love love love 🥰 Sinner!
Medvedev looks helpless against Alcaraz or Sinner and he’s probably the 4th best player in the world!
He’s beaten both of them and had some good matches when he lost to them. He just has to have a good serving day to stand a chance against them. You can’t expect him to win with just 53% first serve in.
@@marchvertochko0056maybe not today considering he was injured and bad serve day, but he has lost 7 matches and just won one ( against a Sinner almost fading out in the 5th set) in the whole year. Something is not alright in Meddys game against those two guys
у него уже комплекс на Синнера..Уже в первом же сете безнадежность в действиях..
Med's forehand was already odd, with the very low swingspeed. Now he seems to guide/push ball often.
I think it's quite incredible how he got this far
Sinner ❤ and he dosen't need to dope, ..the story of doping is ridiculous.. Sinner ist the best at the moment with Alcaraz..
Jannik was too good today !
You could tell Sinner wasn't in the mood today. He was like: "Nah, I'll finish him quickly. I don't have time to f* around."
Yeah, i will take more drugs.

Those are craaaaazy points jesus
Tomba la BOMBA, Sinner the WINNER!!
Medvedev against Sinner and Alcaraz this year 1 win 7 losses. Its demoralizing for him.
Sim ta dificil pra ele esse ano.
Were those weird forehands from Medvedev because of the shoulder problem? That shoulder has destroyed him this season. He's trying to avoid surgery, you can tell. They're meeting again in 6 days, not sure that will count in their h2h but the result will be the same if his troubles continue.
Whats in 6 days?

Senza storia oggi
Bro sinner sent that match point ball with some frustration 😂
Forza Jannik 🔥🔥🔥
Way to passive from Medvedev, seems like he is going through a similar phase Andy Murray went through in the early 2010's before his eventual grand slam triumph in 2012. He has to be more aggressive and brave to win against Alcaraz, Sinner and Djokovic.
Classy at the net then out rallying Meddy from the baseline - impressive p erformance
Sinner's on that new undetectable stuff
Daniil has to figure out a way to improve his serve. No matter how bad Sinner or Alcaraz off the baseline, you can’t win against them with only 53% first serve in. He can get away and beat lower ranked opponents with the baseline advantage he’s got, but those who can go toe-to-toe with him in rallies will be outplaying him unless he’s serving with at least 70% first serve in to keep up with the very best players, like Alcaraz and Sinner are. According to the ATP leaderboard for the serve leaders, he only stands as the 48th, which is horrendous given his height. That’s a big shock he’s still on top ranking-wise, but he should be looking to get the serve better to stay competitive with the young guns. Hope he will find a solution to his serve and will be back at his 2021’s level.
Exactly. He has to outserve those big guys, but he doesn’t have a serve edge with either Alcaraz or Sinner
Medvedev's serve seems to have fallen off pretty significantly, I don't know if it's injury or whatnot but he went from being one of the best servers in the top 20 to probably one of the worst right now. Hopefully he figures something out because everything else about his game is still just as ruthless as ever imo
@@aroam2031His shoulders are hurt for this season
Well played by Sinner - nothing special, just a typical good level, let's put it that way. A very nice dropshot and a few long lines, right?
I feel sorry for Meddy, as he seems to have problems with his shoulder - because of what Sinner said at the net, and what is also written here in the comments. He didn't have as much energy, wasn't aggressive and the forehands didn't come like they usually do - I think he needs to step it up a notch anyway.
But if Sinner plays like that against Alcaraz, it could be close AGAIN.
Sinner will be unbeatable
Till he meets Alcaraz again. 😂

Jannik will take the trophy of shanghai open 💪
When I was watching Sinner playing before 2-3 years I always thought that this guy is too good the only thing he missing is confidences at that time , now he has all, in my opinion is better than Alcaraz. Alcaraz is really pushing himself way too hard and this will be bad for this body in long term, during Sinner is playing more naturally.
The scary part is that Sinner seems to have significantly more room for improvement compared to Alcaraz.
Alcaraz literally just beat him for the title in last week’s tournament.
@@jsbfe9395sinner is about 2 years older buddy.
If sinner is better then how come Alcaraz beat Sinner 3 times. Sinner only won tournaments when he didn’t have to play Alcaraz.
@@tedpancoast1272 yes, and a Sinner who wasn't at 100% almost risked winning that match.
I hate when they show the winner from the thumbnail. Its such a spoiler
Game Sinner is the title of video 😂
Meddy could have retired during this match but he didn't, he carried on 👍
So So Surgical! 🔪
So So Sinner! 👏🏽
Good job, good pills Jan..
Sinner is a smart player that makes difference
Atleast Medvedev secured a slam before Alcaraz and Sinners domination started.. Zverev and Tsitsipas is going to get a hard time getting one.. And only a few years ago, we expected these 3 to get many slams in the future..
One word - dominatrix 😂
Don't put the winner in the title please
He’s a champ. He keeps winning despite the shitstorm of sore losers.
Excellent tennis
Meddy hitting even more flatter in this match
Sinner hits the ball hard AND is fast. Daniil has a great game but he needs to add some power on his shots.
Just when thought we have seen everything about Danil's weird forehand, he throws in a injured version of it. Hope he recovers soon!
Stop the spoilers button
2:54 3:25 that's some weird spin Medvedev put to his FH
Meddy should thank Djokovic for the 1 Grandlsm he has!
Alcaraz has a slight edge over the mountain boy.
I bet Meddy is glad he won his USO slam title when he did. Not sure he would have won when Sinner and Alcaraz were competing at this level.
Medvedev's forehand is so weird😂
because he has an injury you stupid :D
Jannik is too good for Medvedev
Grandissimo sinner congrats👏👏
You were doing so well not spoiling the highlights. PLEASE STOP
Meddy stuck like between alcaraz n sinner like with Murray with the big 3
Almost. But Murray always had a chance against Nole.
Both Sinner and Alcaraz have figured out how to play and beat Medvedev. It’s time Medvedev to change his game to be ready to face them again.
Agreed
Thay huấn luyên viên
Sinner and Alcaraz should've been in opposite half. They should have met in the final not Semi final. The other half is too easy, Djokovic got an easy draw like always.
Agreed, it's weird that number 1 should face number 3 in the semifinals
@@Urbanbeneluxthey are in different draw in Beijing
Meddy busting out the Santoro forehand
Sinner fan here, I think Medvedev was a little bit stuck with his shoulder, it seems to me that Sinner anyway the more tournaments go by, the more determined he becomes even in the match
Crazy
Medvedev's probably realising he should have made the most of all the grand slam finals he's been in, cuz Sinner and Alcaraz don't seem to have anyone else in their way.

Sinner said: sorry for the score? 😂
no, stupid: shoulder, not score!!!!
“Sorry for your shoulder.”
Did Medvedev change his grip on some of these forehands or it is just a weird slice forehand?
Any guesses on why he was hitting forehands like that?
Others commented that he's injured.
Sinner no.1
Medvedev does not have any weapons. His movement is world class but once he loses a step he will be toast.

I feel bad for Tsitpas, Medvedev and Zverev. They couldn't get through Djokovic and Nadal. Nad now they are getting humbled by Sinner and Alcaraz!
Watched this, still just high speed grinding. Don't know why med just doesn't go for it when it's clear his normal grinding style isn't gonna work....
I hate when the title gives away who wins
At this point, only alcazar can challenge sinner.
