    Hello, I know this video is two months old. What is the name of the citrus tree behind you (or is it a citrus)? Is it planted in a pot or ground. I would greatly appreciate any information. I know you are in Canada? I am in Seattle with similar weather to yours and would like to try some citrus trees on the ground next year. Thank you so much

      Chiles and lemongrass together? Many jeow/nam prik in SE Asian cooking employ this combo....

      I SAID PEPPER ( black pepper @2:43) & LEMONGRASS NOT CHILLI & LEMONGRASS.

      Szechusn peppercorn is not the same as black peppercorn. You should try it

      @@stickyricepapaya Yes... szechuan pepper used a lot in Yunnan province... original Hmong homeland before Laos.

      Szechuan peppercorn gives the citric flavor and numbness. It’s different from black peppercorns. Btw, some southern Thai curry use black peppercorns and lemongrass.
