I disagree with this. Colorado had two players that can be called all stars. BYU was better man for man across the board, with the exceptions of Sanders2 and Hunter. Colorado has some more building to do. They have come a long way, but have a way to go yet.
Deon hinted that they had some drama behind the scenes. Big personalities are great until feelings start getting hurt. I wish them all well but they really blew their own opportunity here. You know he spoiled these guys pre-emptively.
The BYU team showed nothing but respect for Colorado before the bowl. That quickly dissipated during the bowl week activities. The lack of respect shown by some Colorado players and staff toward the bowl representatives and workers rubbed BYU the wrong way. There were too many instances of Colorado "big timing" everyone involved. That gave BYU even more motivation for the game. A lesson in what respect is, and what you have to do to earn it was due. Coming into the game, I thought BYU was better at every position but two, and that showed itself on the field. I respect what Coach Prime has done in improving the squad, but there is still work to be done, if Colorado wants to compete for conference titles. Looking forward to this matchup for years to come in the Big 12!

I disagree; Hunter could not tackle LJ during that last 10-yard T.D. Look at the tape of Hunter with three other teammates; they could not stop him. Hunter was either distracted, disinterested or simply did not know what BYU was doing to his team.
I agree with all you analyzed. But I wasn't the only one who saw a riff developing between Sanders and Hunter throughout the game. The cameras picked it up several times. It would be interesting to know the reason. I might have also called out Shiloe Sanders on his pathetic attempt to prevent a touchdown on the goal line against LJ Martin. Were all these failures present throughout the season or were they just too nervous for this game! Were they stunned that they weren't 2 TDs ahead by the middle of the first quarter? Because they came into the game with LOTS of publicity and as a 2TD favorite! It is difficult to sympathize with them. Go Cougs!
Of course BYU steamrolled CU! Colorado is THE most overrated team with THE most overrated coach in cfb history! Clown can’t coach his way out of a wet paper bag!
"Wait until you see Shedeur Sanders!"
I saw, I was impressed by BYU.
Very good analysis and knowledge of the teams.
Even though Colorado had a team of all stars BYU showed if you play as a team you can beat a team of All stars!

Missing out on the conference title, BYU was so hungry for some respect. It was clear that the players were focused.

BYU has a great team
Yes they did and Colorado found out real quick!!!!

I have my phone volume all the way up and can barely hear you
I agree. More volume would be appreciated.
Except for the intro/outro music, which about blew my ears out
The game is a TEAM game, not a bling-bling fest!

Colorado is ALL Hype.
Colorado offense is stupid for what they had
