We have a tradition here in Sweden where we visit the graves of family members on halloween and put candles around the headstones. It's really beautiful to see all the candles in the dark. Unfortunately, I now live far away from where my grandparents are buried so I may not do that this year. I plan to do Inktober this year. I've only completed it once, and that was last year. I may be cheating a little this year and do rough sketches beforehand so I won't have to rush the inking like the years before last. I'm going with a witch theme this year, so this video was inspiriational.
The quartz Adam was talking about is called smokey quartz. I live in Georgia ( In the United States ) and we get quite a lot of quartz that just hangs out on the ground.

Doug was amazing, I really liked that show as a kid. And people watch you because you do really adorable art and you're so creative with the things you draw! It is never boring to watch a video of you guys because you always choose fun themes, interesting challenges or you design quirky characters. Sometimes you even do all of those things together in one video. It is also quite relaxing to watch you because of the way you film videos. It's not speedpaints, instead you sit down, think of what to draw and then chat while doing it in a cozy way. I'm not sure how to describe it, it just feels very nice and relaxing. You two are also very funny which is a huge plus as well. No wonder people really enjoy your videos. :)
*I REMEMBER DOUG!* In my country, I'm still able to watch shows like Doug and Rugrats and Catdog because I get the Teennick channel. On Teennick they have a temporary block at night and call it "The splat". Catdog is also my favorite show
Adam, I COMPLETELY relate to the forgetting what you get people.. and when my mom brings up things I got her months ago (like flowers) I am so surprised. Like ' oh I am the best'

American kid from the south here, I never got to trick-or-treat traditionally (going around to houses) because I never lived in a neighborhood. Instead we went to "fall festivals" at local churches and won candy by playing lots of little kid friendly carnival games. Smoky crystals are correct btw Adam, I agree that Stephanie's crow witch is one of my favorites recently!
I loved trick or treating, so much free candy!! My friends and I would try to fill our bags as much as possible and trade with each other. It was so much fun, I miss being a kid

I love seeing how Adam's style has developed over the time you've had this channel ❤️ Back in the beginning His style was clearly heavily based on Steph's, with a more chibi feel (I remember thinking his style looked like it came out of the movie Secret of Kells) and now it's gotten very comic book/ modern anime. It's so cool to see it progress and I hope my style develops as well as His did 😊 You've both come so far in the last few years!

I feel like Adam's crystal witch would definitely have the power to alter emotions. Like, crystals have auras and are said to make people feel certain things or conduct in certain ways. I feel like she'd be able to summon certain crystals and kind of emotionally control whoever she pleases? Could be seen as evil, but also she could be a very kind witch who makes sad people happy.

I grew up in the desert, so Halloween was a pleasant time of year for us! It was also super serious in my area. Me and my two siblings would end the night with about a (twin size) pillowcase full of candy each, and that was not as much as we could've got if we really tried. Now I dress up and go on a pub crawl, haha. Also, I'm old enough to remember Clarissa!
