- This is the new Drive the Globe Overland Rig
You have to see Mike’s new overland rig. This is a Stewart and Stevenson military truck converted into an extremely functional and very tasteful overland rig that, as of publish date, been proven over months in Baja and domestic cross country travel. Mike was incredibly enginuitive and creative in how he build this out.
If you don’t remember him, he had the orange Unimog we did a walk around of a few years back.

I love you all
The box body... look for anti vandal building site offices..! they're pretty much the same thing and range from 8ft upto 32ft in length
I love the video. My name is Chris I’m a disabled veteran and I’m looking to get some custom work done on an RV I have ASAP. If anybody out there knows of someone in Phoenix please reach out to me thank you
Heck Jason, he may have less money in this truck than we will have in our Altera XT. And i have the tools and know-how to build something like this.
Very nice very cozy go anywhere you want much better than the house you can drive it anywhere you want nice job very good taste I like the colors in the setup
this was my truck i sold him... i built the extension on the back... the racks, ladders, brush guards... relocated the exhaust ... plasma cut off the lifting mounts to make room for the boxes and tanks etc.... i hate every time i see this guy taking credit for all the work i put into it.... he painted and did the inside of the truck and finished it out beautifully... but stop taking credit for the hard work that went into it... and the truck came from a base in upstate NY... i bought it from the military and titled it in NY as an RV. i have all the build photos if anyone wants to know how the extension was done.

That thing is crazy
Built for $100k? If I were single, had an engineering degree, and younger, that sounds like a killer deal!
Great Vid , Great truck , great guy . Thanks ! ~peace~
Dude, love your editing style. Video came out great! Thanks again and always great seeing you. One of these days we will get out somewhere to camp.
I do remember the Unimog.
Great content as always. Thanks for sharing and taking us along
Jason, you should list the truck model on the description for anyone daring enough to look into it
Awesome 👍 Truck guys I appreciate all your Tips and video's and Beautiful Build guys.
I operated the comm equipment in that original truck back in 1994. Stewart Stevenson gave us a driving school and I’ll tell you that truck can go a lot of places big trucks should not. The mods and improvements this guy made are nothing short of awesome.
Now that’s a van life I could do. Awesome build.
wow - great rig!
Awesome rig, thanks for the content Jason!!!
We have clean water in Africa. You're gonna need that water filtration right here in your own country in Flint.
Best channel ever
