Cristin I am following along with you and this is my first Kimberbell quilt. I am having a blast. Thank you for all of your hard work with these videos.
So you have asked how to challenge myself I have been trying to learn how to do things with the embrillance and oh how much fun I am having I added things to one of my blocks yes I am still learning but I am enjoying. Thank you for all that you do for this group you are amazing
My goal was to use Essential software more. I made the label for my granddaughters Lucky Us pillow yesterday. Oh my how easy was that! Thank you for giving me the courage to use the software. You make it so easy to understand.
Just this one so far. I used my large 8x8 hoop, so I thought about turning it, but decided to leave it as is since it will come up as sideways for everyone and I didn't want to confuse anyone if mine wasn't sideways. I'm not sure why they had this one sideways since it's the same size as all the other ones we've done so far, but there must be a reason.
Ok, my stabilizers came today. I don't get it. I thought it was supposed to be ironed on, but if you peel the paper off, it's sticky. Do I iron it on with the paper away from the fabric, then it sticks to the block when it's needed? I'm ready to throw it all away.
@@CristinCreates Now that you asked, I think I have the wrong one. It's Kimberbell Fusible Peel & Stick. What do I need for the back of all the fabric?
@@deannas1515 Bummer. You want Fusible Backing: amzn.to/353EOnV there are links to everything I suggest under each video. Fusible backing is what you want on the back of your fabrics and mesh cut away inside the hoop. I think that peel and stick is more for sewing projects, but I haven't used it before.
Hi Peter Ceccardi, in this video that you're commenting on, watch at 12:25 and I show how to find the links under the video. At 12:40 into the video it shows you exactly what is shown under every single video and the links to my shirts are always at the very bottom after all the other links and what's coming up and all the info. At the bottom is always info on my shirt design. For the one you are commenting on, it is this one: amzn.to/3IYQffL I hope this helps.
Hi Sandra, my embroidery machine is on an office desk from Ethan Allen furniture I think from a billion years ago. It's probably 20 years old :) it matches all the other furniture in my craft room. You can see a full video tour of my craft room here: ruclips.net/video/SUySgf8jhKk/видео.html and under the video there are links to everything in my room except for the super old office furniture ;)
Yay Debbie! They always have amazing sales and beautiful products! I spent $26 earlier this month and got them all too :) Now to use them and make some new shirts!

Yay Susan! That's an awesome goal! So glad to see that you are using and enjoying your software!
Thank you for all your hard work on creating these videos. Would you be willing to show us how you slow down your machine and what you set it to?
Will do :)
Loving these quick and easy blocks! Feels like fast progress!! I need to go check out dbjj for the fun word art! Thanks for the great tutorial!
Thanks Katy! This week's blocks look more involved so it was nice to have a week of easy blocks to break ourselves into our new quilt :)
Thank you for all your hard work creating all these videos! Would you be willing to show us how you slow down your machine and what you set it at?
Hi Patricia, I've added a note to add this to my next tutorial. :)
Cristiin, are all of the blocks stitching out sideways or just this one so far? I didn't notice until I watched this one. Thanks!
