Hey next time maybe what you can do is just show it in 1 fluid slow motion right from the outset rather than constantly reversing each step. Will just be simpler.

If it’s supposed to be one-handed then why are you using both hands?
It means that we use only one hand to make a knot and other hand is just supporting.
Not one handed when you are using both hands.
