    If you are trying to learn hand knot, this is a video you are searching for. Thicker line, in contrast to the background, blue gloves and at slow and understandable pace. You need 10 minutes to grasp the idea between to types of knotting.

    the way things finally clicked with this video omfg thank you so much!!! Was really struggling with this (smh not one handed though) and this video really helped visualize what was going on while describing more memorable ways to remember steps other than "make a C and do xyz with the C and use xzy with finger 2.." so thank you!!

    What if you do just the karate chops altering left and right hand? Is there a difference in the final knot?

    Intial part I felt too descriptive without any practical technique, and so a bit difficult to continue watching. But then found it really a very good simplified technique teaching method. Learned in a minute! 😊👍

    Sorry for the ignorance, but are your hands inside the patients mouth?

    • @OnlineExodontia
      @OnlineExodontia  23 дня назад +1

      No worries. This is all done outside the mouth and when you make the tie, you slide the suture down with a finger which will then enter the mouth to tighten the knot. All the best!

    Do you find you use more suture material using this method? (Because your tail seems to be longer)

    • @OnlineExodontia
      @OnlineExodontia  Год назад +1

      The tail is longer, so yes I do use more. There is typically more than enough in a package for what’s needed for most procedures though. If you want to use less suture use the needle end of the suture to pull on and tighten things down instead of pulling on the tail. All the best!

      The tail controls the needle.

    You should hold the needle driver in your dominant hand while you practice ties. It's better training. Still a nice video though 👌.
