Also...how do you decide on your layouts? Do you plan in advance or do it on the fly? Any tips or advice?
I've started to plan them out a bit more layout wise than I used to, like at that start of the video on the floor I've planned out where all the walls are going by using different coloured tiles. It's something I started doing quite a while ago and it really helps, it can take some time to pre plan a house but It make it much easier, at least for me 😊 Using furniture items as place holders also helps me visualise how much space I would have in a specific room. Hope that helps ^^

Could you please tell me, what is the name of that cute llama statuette (for example, you can see it on the shelf at 1:45:45)? I checked the list of your workshop items from the description, but for some reason wasn't able to find it there.
Thank you so much, I'm glad you like them! It should pop up if you type in 'TS4 Lama' in the steam workshop. The collections unfortunately have a limit to how many items they can hold so I might need to make another workshop list as there are a fair few items I use sometimes that are missing from that one 😊

I just discovered you, how do you go about planning your flips? I could see the wall outline on the floor when you started this reno.
I like to have a general idea to start with then I'll pre plan all the rooms and just leave markings on the floor so I know exactly where I want the walls to go 😊

Hey can you tell me what this means that I have added an item from the workshop on house flipper ps4 and I don't know what this message means: this item has been added to the list of Subscriptions. Some games need to be restarted before the item will download😢😢😢😢😢😢
As far as I know console don't allow mods, are you playing on PC?

Then I don't believe you can get mods or workshop items, only PC players have access to the Steam Workshop items sorry!
