I had to have all my teeth pulled few months ago. I was just at the doctor. My potassium and magnesium levels are low. I am not huge fan of sweet potatoes. But maybe if I put them in oatmeal. I can probably eat them.
Just ran to my kitchen to make my version of the oatmeal bake. I used canned pumpkin instead of sweet potato and used pumpkin spice and all spice instead of cinnamon. I didn’t have any almond milk so I just used water and 1 cup of applesauce. Topped it with chopped pistachios. 🤞🏻 It’s in the oven now. Ty. 🫶🏻
Gaby, I would love to spent a week with you cooking to learn as much as possible. You teach me mexican cooking and I will teach you German recipes-very hearty food too😊

You can throw the leftover sweet potato into a pot of chili to thicken it up Yum! My favorite chili is sweet potato black bean chili. Love watching you for ideas!
I love watching you cook! You give great ideas and recipes. I used your strategy of dicing up meat and vegetables into smaller pieces to make it seem like more. I was able to use just 1/2 of the meat and vegetables I normally use, and my husband didn't notice the difference. 😊
Eggs are protein. Yogurt has protein. Grains and veggies have protein as well. Please don’t forget that this is just breakfast for the week. Have a great day.
