WOW I don't usually eat breakfast so I'm going to incorporate these recipes into my supper time. I'm always wondering what am I going to make for supper. Well I'm in my 70's so when supper is getting close I'm already tired and need something fast and quick. All 3 of these delicious will be easy and quick to make. I'm looking forward to trying these. Thanks again for your well thought out recipes and especially your WONDERFUL smile and enthusiasm you bring to us each week. Looking forward to Tuesday!
Hi Gabby!!! I really do enjoy your videos. You tell us the prices of everything and explain the recipe so...well...The breakfast recipes today look super yummy.I like that you put the ingredients below!!!... Thanks... See you Tuesday then Thursday!!!... Beautiful children!!!...Great Video!!!...🦋
Yummy breakfast ideas! I would roll the eggs in red sauce up in a flour tortilla. For oven baked eggs with spinach, I would cook in 8" square dish, cut into 4 squares and serve each square on a slice of toast or between two slices of toast. I like pancake with a little butter and cinnamon-sugar sprinkled on top, or just spread with some jam.
I think a shorter format is good. Definitely easier for busy or working people. I can spend 15 or 20 minutes but if it's longer I can only watch part of it & I frequently don't go back to watch the rest. Simple recipe idea for you for the pancakes. To plain pancake batter add ½ to 1 well drained can of whole kernel corn. Absolutely delicious and so easy.
Don't drain canned vegs down the drain. Save the liquids in a freezer container and you'll never have to buy veg stock again. Continue to add to the container - corn, carrots, green beans. These lighter tasting liquids can be used as the liquid in rice or pasta or the liquid in gravy and sauces. Save beet liquid separate to add to baked goods or even homemade tortillas. Add only a little bit of green pea liquid to the container because it is a bit strong, imo. Save the pea liquid separate to use as the liquid in split pea soup. Canned spinach or greens can be added to egg crepes or scrambled eggs for color and nutrition.
@@bettyir4302 nice tips Betty! Although I do think canned spinach and other greens are best left at the grocery store. 😋 😁 I don't use many canned veggies except tomatoes and use every drop. You can also save bean liquid for soup. I would suggest that if you're buying canned veggies with salt that you don't add extra salt to the dish. I buy no salt added pretty much everything so stuff is more versatile.
Y'all probably already recycle plastic and glass food containers but I had emptied several and was washing them so posting. Try to use the same containers for the same ingredients in the freezer so you automatically know what it is even though you, of course 😉, labeled and dated them. Save random sized plastic lids as many will fit perfectly on pet food cans and spaghetti sauce. Even if they are too large, use them instead of wasting money on foil and plastic wrap. Using a heat proof plate instead of a lid, as in the video, is a great idea. If you must buy ovenware (thrift, garage sale), look for ones that have lids because foil costs add up.
An easy breakfast recipe is one older banana , mashed with one egg and 2 Tablespoons of SR flour , you can add teaspoons on baking powder ( I never do ) and make pancakes
Please... It's driving me crazy... Who is it that is constantly taking photographs on the background of your videos? And what are they taking photographs of?

Yum, especially the egg and spinach casserole which could be for lunch and dinner, too. So pretty.
Yes!!! It is pretty easy and sooo delicious!
The meals looked great and I love that they're budget friendly!
Black beans and diced potatoes (with cumin and chilli seasoning) smashed together, made into flauntas with a simple pico on top. A favorite of mine.
