I think of her as a smaller-framed athlete and see her heavy lifting as grit and excellent form but then I see her arms at 4:10 and am like "okay yeah she's big, too." Girl has basically no holes in her game and she can make her body do whatever she wants it to. Incredible.

Really enjoying this channel. Tia and Shane appreciate this. And that baby is so precious. I have 5 kiddos and the best part was always th cheeks and feet. Enjoy these moments.

Also, man. It's probably amazing to see you guys doing this, my state has nobody who's as good as you. But I'd try to be and go competitive, but my back it's all messed up and stuff, so I just do the workouts and enjoy the social stuff.

Tia, you have to know not a ONE of your competitors would approach you to be on their team. You are the winning-est crossfitter ever. I cant imagine how intimidating they would feel asking you to be on their team. But it would honor any ONE of them if you ask them next yr, that they are someone you respect and admire.

When I first started training for BUD/s, I was a Hospital Corpsman. My guy training me originally gave us this briefing on what he had to do to survive and it tied into preparing us for expecting to do things we normally would never dream of. He said he'd do this thing, a hundred pull-ups a day, just to survive, because his back pain. During the subsequent training, I ended up doing this and held on to the routine somewhat, but my back was soooooooooooooooo sore, like, if I tried it today I'd be as concerned for rhabdo like what you were saying. But anyway, just some time for athletic inspo :B

Hey there right quick can you please tell me what kind of speed rope you are using for this particular video. It’s looks different from the Rouge one on there website. I would like to buy me a replacement one but don’t have too much money to try different ones out.
Nobody asked Tia to be on their team because sometimes it feels better to lose than to feel like they’re being carried by their teammate. I’d have major fear of Tia having to do extra work to catch up because I’m an inferior athlete.

Omg I relate to no one understand you in the US. I’m British and I thought because we speak technically the same language they’d understand me but nope!! Maybe because it’s a big country people don’t leave and get exposed to other non-American accents. Maybe they also don’t watch anything with Aussies or British people etc. I basically understand anyone that’s speaking English no matter what their accent is.
