Omar Sharif: Both his parents were from Lebanon, moved to Egypt at the beginning of the 20th century, his family were of Melkite Lebanese Catholic religion.
Omar born in 1932 in Egypt, spoke 5 languages fluently. English being one of them, that helped him
in his acting career, which gave him a crucial rise to world recognition in films.
He was married and divorced to his one and only wife. Omar never remarried.
Died in Cairo, Egypt 2015 of a heart attack. His wife's preceded him by 6 months. They had one son and two
    grandchildren. Rest in Peace 🌺
