Quick update on Icewind Dale! You might know we skipped a session due to Kaldheim's release making everyone busy. The show has been pushed back to this weekend instead of Tuesday, as otherwise we'll end up double booked every 2 weeks. Annoying delay I know but necessary to get it in rhythm with alternating with Avernus! So we'll see you back in Xardorok's Fortress this weekend!
Since there will be more time before it comes out, would you be able to find a way to fit everyone's subclass choice into the UI? I think that would be nice to know alongside all of their other characteristics since it does play a big part of their identity
Sorry if this isn't the place to write this or if it's already been addressed somewhere else but was the Black Blade campaign taken off the channel ? I can not seem to find it anymore.

I think that the dnd content on this channel is better than most other channels. I know Merchant put out a video recently about other content other than MTG. I only watch the dnd content because it is so good and I don't have much extra time to waste.

@Kel'Thuzad It's a wide world out there and I guess there all all types and tastes. I can never watch more than an episode or two of CR, it just doesn't click with me, but I watched several with this group back to back and then looked for other things they'd done.
This is great, and played with style. Enjoying the progress of the story, and actually how faithfully we follow the module.
With my game time taking a hit (Quarantine), I enjoying this very much. I'm gaming vicariously through you guys. Thanks for posting.

Series has been fun, I dont often get to give it my full attention 100% of the time due to its length (don't change ) due to having a toddler, however I can toss it up on the t.v and go about my day and keep an ear on it. So thanks!

Just starting my own version of BGDiA, and I must say it's really pleasant to watch some great players and a wonderful DM go through this adventure almost simonteniously with my group ;)
Now THIS is how you use a VTT in a D&D stream - just for combat. So glad the DM is doing theater of the mind for exploration and the characters are not just clicking around the map.
Any American could tell you, you can absolutely ride right into Hell. It's in Michigan. 😁

Really enjoying the D&D content Merchant! This campaign is even better for me since I'm currently running this adventure for a group. Always cool to see how a DM runs it compared to how I did and how the PCs react differently in the same situations. Can't wait for episode 3!

This is a brilliant series merchant. Would also love to hear a return to Icewind dale.. shame the last group didn't make it past the fortress ! Is there a way you could build a story commencing from there to continue the story ? Perhaps the backup crew in the prison you mentioned.. get this awesome group back on board for the adventure! Dead Three going down! Don't get me wrong culting is not a bad gig, but in this case, you bet on the wrong god!
So far, I am of two minds with this campaign. My Devotion Paladin fully agrees while the "cleansing" of the vile followers of the Dead Three. But my Death Domain Cleric that died and was brought back as a Death Knight in the service of Myrkul would love to slaughter the party and then raise them as fodder.

I live how merchant has taken natural party lead both times I've seen him. Not sure of its a respect thing or his natural soothing nature but it's awesome too watch.
Originally came for the MtG content but have been loving the D&D as well. I am getting ready to run my group through this story as well so it is great to see a different take on the story to see some different ideas.
That whole bath house scene was amazing, well done to all (except Craig)
I'm surprised they didn't take those daggers. I would have at least liked to examine these armor-ignoring weapons.
