I love sushi and since you are the expert on dining on sushi and sashimi, every time please give us amateurs how each type of sushi is caught, farmed, where it comes from, the best way to eat, cost, and the differences between fresh water and salt water. Where do they got avocado, fruits, nuts, how is soy sauce made, and wasabi. Please make it educational! And worthwhile to learn about Japanese cuisine!

Japanese restaurants are just perfect are they not? Grilled eel to uni - such variety! You can order everything separate and get EXACTLY what you want. It all looked wonderful, but I always have the uni w/quail egg, and some inari for dessert (plain please - no sesame seeds or anything in it)! #506 really is spectacular.
I’ve come to appreciate 🍣 a lot more since I started watching these videos. I only wish we had these fabulous sushi places in my area (Central Pennsylvania)

I was surprised the prices were so reasonable. The quality and presentation seemed top notch. I’ve only had grilled eel on sushi before, but I love it. Your grilled eel dish looked fantastic.
Once things open up here again in Upstate New York I really want to try the fresh water eel. You have always stated you loved it, and I would like to try it. The salad at the beginning sounds yummy and the desert looked awesome. Take care and stay safe.
@@jer280 Like hell I did. On a side note I have Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and have to distance myself from everyone including the common cold due to chemo side effect of low immunity. If anyone wishes this was not going on it would be me. I desperately miss being able to visit my family especially now during the holidays. Not even being able to go out to a restaurant is terrible. The infection rate where I live is going up including the hospitalizations and deaths. I just came off quarantine due to covid exposure at the hospital where I had to go for a procedure due to my treatment. Thank God that I wear an N95 mask while at the hospital, and I believe that that is the only thing that saved me from contracting this crap. I was made to stay at home and not even have my chemo while under quarantine. I was forced to leave my job at the nursing home I worked at as we were an active covid facility. I miss all of my co-workers and residents and miss working everyday. I wish that we were able to open fully.
What a wonderful restaurant. I haven't been to a sushi restaurant in a long time. I hope I can try uni one day. It looks so good. My husband loves fresh eel.
I always watch the videos during Lunchtime at work, it makes my food taste a lot better! Can't wait until COVID is over so I can visit the country and try all your suggestions!

I love uni, the best taste around. You can order it and have it delivered overnight but be careful as to quality and freshness!
