Friendly reminder to check for nutrient deficiencies! (once you feel safe with getting a blood test at the hospital...) I had a pretty severe Vitamin D deficiency that I wouldn't have known about had my doctor not asked about any history of cancer in my family and my mom telling about my grandpa's colon cancer. Recent studies suggest that Vitamin D isn't just for bone health but also for intestines kaya my doc wanted to check that I didn't have a deficiency since colon cancer was already in my family history. I'm also suspecting myself for ADHD and a book I read about it talked about common nutrient deficiencies include Vitamin D, magnesium, and Vitamin B13 (? idk dude I forgot) among other things.

For the waxing, i bought an epilator instead. Nasa 3-4k yata yung binili ko (for legs and underarms) more than 5years ago and so far ok naman and convenient na rn nung nagkapandemic. Depende na lang kung hiyang ka siguro. Same dn sakin sa phone case/protectors. I change my iphone once in 4yrs so feeling ko mas nkakatipid pa dn ako. although yung nabili ko na more than 1k nasira after 3yrs, meron yatang nasa 2-3k na may lifetime warranty, they will replace it pag nasira, next time yun ang itry ko. For me nakasave ako nung nagswitch ako to more expensive earphones. Dati kasi sa mumuso etc lang ako nabili tapos nasisira every 2-3 months nakakadyahe. I switched to earphones from a known brand and ayun it lasted 2 years. Better sound quality pa.
Another tip is to pack your own lunch or snack. Now i know not everyone knows how to cook. So pack your snacks nalang. Make a sandwich or bring a biscuit sa office. Mas tipid kesa bumili sa convenience stores.😊

I use eye protection lang pag maglaptop minsan pag gusto .. Baka depende sa clinic magkaibang clinic kasi kami ng cousin nag pinag palasikan eeh .
