@@DingoNovember i would say that E&L defo have very solid build quality as for their internals idk kinda bad....cant say the same with specna the internals are amazing friend of mine said this is the most accurate AK he ever had although some external parts are bit rigidly now i cant give you a clear answer as i never had E&L AK's and for that will not talk badly about them but i definitely can recommend you the Specna Core 2.0 series (note i also had a core one and it was great sold it to the previously mentioned friend ) and i think you are going to have a better experience with a specna ak especially for the price hope that helps

Just tighten it down a bit and it will be good that’s a problem with all AKs

If you load it up with 0.30g and use a M120 aka 1,5J spring I would say you definitely can hit 75m-80m
