    Mutton (750gms)
    Fried onions (2-3 medium onion)
    Curd (500gms)
    Cashew (1/4th cup)
    Badam (1/4th cup)
    Oil (1cup) extra for frying onions
    Coriander leaves (handful)
    Mint leaves( handful)
    Lemon juice (10 ml)
    Spices:
    Salt ( as per your taste)
    Red chili (1tbsp)
    Turmeric (1/4tsp)
    Ginger garlic paste (2tbsp)
    Cinnamon stick (2-3)
    Shahzeera (1tsp)
    Elaichi (5-6)
