purchased the supersport s last december and totally love everything about it. i came from having three honda cbr600rr’s, a yamaha fz-09 and fz-07. this bike has made motorcycling fun again for me.

Is it comparable in power to the cbr600rr in the backroads?

This is what all sport bikes should be. not back breaking track bikes that you can also ride on the street. people are only buying naked bikes for the ergonomics not because they want a bike without a fairing. but for some reason bike manufactures don't seem to realize this. but thankfully Ducati made this bike. I just bought a 2017 that was first registered in 2019. it looks like new with 2059 km on it. and I could not be happier. I love the bike. I test road the newest Yamaha XSR 900 a couple of weeks before buying the Ducati. but for some reason I wasn't totally sold on it. and then I found my Supersport. and I bought it without even test riding it. and as soon as I road down the street on it. I knew I made the right choice. it was instant love. to me I like the way it feels more than the 2023 Yamaha XSR 900. just personal taste, and it has a fairing. and something about the engines power delivery is just really nice. and the stability and overall feel. its just ticks all the boxes for me. and mine is the standard Red. Maybe its just me. but I love shifting with a clutch. its part of what is special about riding a motorcycle. the mechanics of it all. I feel like quick shifters take away from the experience. but I am not saying I wouldn't want one. because I could still use it when I wanted to. and not use it when I didn't want to. but the bike I found was the standard model. and it looks like new. and I don't miss the S version at all. the suspension feels really nice to me. I don't feel like it is lacking in anyway. but I am not riding it side by side with the S model to compare.

I have a 60km round trip commute mix of very early morning clear roads and peak hr kill or be killed Sydney mess always ride rain or shine. This looks like it would be a good bike for the job. I know its a bit gucci but the mix looks right. Thanks for the review Jeff,

Anyone can tell me where this private track is on the central coast?
Rode this bike last week and it was amazing!! Ordering one in February. Great looking and rode very very well. Great for peeps with shoulder issues like me and sounds great with an acka system on.

"Throttle a little bit jerky; clutch is little bit jerky, too." At this price I expect more - perfectly smooth fueling and transmission.
