I love living here... Mirada is all Juan said and then some 💯🙂
Thanks for sharing! 😎
How long home owners have to pay the CDD for? Is there a specific time frame or it have to be paid until you sell the house no matter how long you owned it for?
Thanks for the great information Juan.
Oh man, I missed you when you passed by the neighborhood!
Personally, the lagoon was the #1 reason why I chose to buy in the Mirada community haha
Next time, bro. 😎
You failed to mention that the tennis courts, pickle ball courts and pools are strictly for 55&up community. I do hope they build those features for the rest of the community to use as well at some point
I hear there are issues in Florida with home owners insurance and that real estate taxes are much higher than they used to be. Any insight?
What’s the maintenance on that going to be in five years. Man that looks expensive
Whats a very ROUGH range of home insurance for a single family house in mirada? Im in utah where i pay $100 a month.
What’s the difference between villas and single family homes?
Villas are 2 homes connected by a common wall between them. They are identical in square footage but simply flipped in design layout. Just be sure your developer builds that common wall of concrete block. Villas of the same square footage of separate homes are usually less expensive.
Flew in from Maine looking around in Dunedin!
Having dinner at Guppy’s in IRB, could swear your sitting at a table with wife and 2 kids????
Must have been my doplleganger. It’s been a while since we’ve been to Guppy’s as a family.
Great find, thanks for all the info.
The low 200's is doable for me! I can tell you what slow internet is....Mine! 1-3 mbps. I wish I could say an exact price for what I can pay, but it all depends on after I do my repairs and current market values. Today, Zillow listed my house at $234K and a few weeks ago it was $230K.
I'm still looking at the Lennar page and the lowest I could find so far is The Sunrise II for $299,990. (Edited after reading description) At first I didn't care for the long and narrow style floor plan, but it's kind of growing on me.
Where I want to find is the boonies outside of Tampa. I don't golf, go to the beach, or care much about any nightlife and fancy restaurants. I'm accustomed to a quiet and simple life. My only excitement would be motorcycle riding, which is a big challenge in Florida. But other than that, I'm easy to please. I've downgraded due to my budget so I now plan on a house that will need some repairs and renovation. I'll come back and read more later, I'm in the Cleveland area and we get the full total eclipse that starts in about an hour.
Hey Juan, planning to move my son and I to the north east Tampa area.
Do 55+ communities allow kids, and if so are there lots of kids for him to hang with?
I’m a semi retired voice over talent, and all I need is a 2 bed 2 bath. Also trying to avoid HOAs, I know it’s a lot to absorb.
Just sold my house in Columbus Oh, and still have some scratch💰left.
What areas/neighborhoods sound like a fit for us?
We have family and friends in Wesley Chapel, so we’d like to stay close.
Look forward to hearing back from you soon.
