I have the DTF Station Prestige A3+R. Replaced the printhead and printed a few jobs with no issues. The following day I hit print, and no ink. I check the side of the printhead and see the green light and a red one, too :( I'll try swapping out the cable.
Try the cables for sure....if not it can also be a few things but this is definitely a great indicator first. I've also seen these machines have issues with the 3W ink pump that sits under the capping stations, and sometimes one of those 2 little motor like pumps go out and cause it too. Keep me posted.
So there can be mutliple things the most common would be Bad print head, Bad cables and Bad fuse on the main board. Alot of times if a cable goes bad or a print head goes bad it can take all 3 with them. MOST of the time if the print head goes bad from a short it pops the smd fuse on the board. So if you replace the board or replace the fuse but not the bad head, you can repop the fuse. I do micro soldering repair and refurbishing on alot of these boards. Its really handy to get you a simple multimeter to check fuses too.
Can totally but 9 times out of 10 it's one of these two if not both but thank you so much for adding that part of the value to this issue as well. Appreciate cha brother 🙏🏼
What did you end up doing after this video, Did it end up working? I am in the same situation. I connected a new white printer head and now the red light shows up and nothing prints. I ordered new cables but they haven't come in yet. Any suggestions.
Have you ever experienced your prints coloring just all of a sudden printing wrong. I was printing a couple of images one night just fine and then I went to print a rose design. The hue was way off. the green leaves came out super neon yellow and the red was a bright weird coloring as well. I did everything cleaning wise to this machine and its still happening. I just don't get how one image is fine and then not even a minute later then next does this. I can't get it fixed either. I can print black and white images not a problem. But it seems to be something with the color. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
My ink light is on my printer I have pressed it multiple times will not go off. Says something about the cartridges needing replaced it’s only 3 months old r1390 a3
Bro this is the worst thing that I've ever came in contact with. I trusted those at procolored for 7.3k and there's absolutely no returns and I'm about to junk the while x600 dual head system.

Did you ever message them I just got done talking to them last night and they are sending me a mother board and 2 print heads free and in there website it says they will only supply one print head in 6 months.
hi, when you print from your DTF, how do you get the white ink to show after it is finished printing? I have a DTF printer and I use the direct to film, digital factory and my print only print the color but not the white. the white only come out clear. I can only put the prints on white shirts not blacks. can you help?
Wondering if I can get some advice here… so I replaced my color printhead on my dtf procolored printer… stilll not printing… could it be the motherboard or do I just have to do a few cleaning cycles? 😢help
I replaced my printhead and motherboard and get it back together . But as far as your problem you probably have a bad f1 fuse on your motherboard it makes it print blank. Problem.is all videos involving this are mostly in Hindu or another language finding one in English is very difficult

What's your color damper color configuration? From left to right?
