Would love having this amp! I don’t think it would be an amp if I built it. It would be parts all over the house and frustration. I had a 63 reissue and loved it. This looks amazing!
I was already annoyed at him pitching questions that he already knew the answer to, sounds about as fake as those orange drop caps, but really lost faith when the mojo tech said the reverb circuit in the blackface and brownface are the same, they are not at all. The brownface vibroverb has the most glorious reverb circuit of any fender amp. Makes me wonder if they are using it or just went with the blackface circuit. Of course, mojotone is doing good things, it’s just this video kills me. Lol
This kit might actually better than the 93 Fender reissue. Fender used solid state rectification in the reissue, Mojotone kept the GZ34 like the original. Fender did get a reissue Oxford specially made for the reissue though.
@@weschilton the Super uses a GZ34/5AR4. I never said there was anything wrong with solid state rectification. It’s not original to the design of the 6G16 Brown Vibroverb.

I feel like every mojotone amp I hear sounds like it has so much treble and no fullness in all the demos I hear. I'm guessing its due to recording. (I'm more so hoping that's not how they sound because I would really like to build one) 😅
All of our amp kits have a full tone sweep from 0-10 or 12 depending on the amp so you can dial in the treble to your particular liking. In the case of this video we recorded using a single SM57 which on a single 10" speaker of the two speakers is going to sound thinner than the in person sound. Recently we've upgraded all of our recording equipment so you can check all the most recent videos out for a better representation of the products. Thanks!
This is exactly the amp that needed to be made into a kit format. Thank you
Sounds killer. Love all the mojotone fender stuff they all sound great
Love the reissue vibroverb, I believe a hand wired Mojotone could be a must.
Sounds like a perfect fit with that LP.
Thanks a lot.........
Time to start saving up.

Black Face in 15" please.
I 2nd this commotion...
Sounds amazing with that Les Paul
Nice hybrid picking!
Pretty sweet 🙂
I have a reissue. Great amps. Sounds great with some dirt and an LP.
Gorgeous tremolo
The telecaster was made for an amp like this.
Gz34 tube also raises voltages slowly. Very good for filter caps instead of an instanteous of an immediate flood of voltage.
SOLD!
Is it possible to get it with a 15" or a 12" speaker?
Thanks

Oh I could be wrong but that amp was the very first of the Brown Fenders!
It was the Vibrasonic 5G13 in 1959, the vibroverb came in 1962/63
@@haloskater24 yeah your right!
You are wrong
@@russellesimonetta3835 wrong and it’s you’re

Heyboer iron and still using carbon comp resistors?
Yes, they are Heyboer iron and CC resistors.
Pine is so soft - Birch ply is so much stronger

Nothing wrong with solid state rectification... the Super Reverb and Twin Reverb are offended! ;)

@@mojotoneofficial I was confused. The image shows 1 (12 inch?) speaker. The description talks about 2x10.
Thank you.
