Silver-lining from the Giddey injury is Matas might actually get to start a few games. If Billy would just start PWill at the 3, we may be able to see what our future looks like with Zach/Coby/Ayo/Zo in the backcourt
I've definitely noticed - OKC fan here, he's doing things on defense I never saw him do at OKC. But he's young, so getting better is expected. You guys won the trade (long term perspective).
LOL, I AM glad that people are realizing this too right when bro gets an ankle injury, same ankle as earlier injured in Olympics. I 🙏 pray GOD heal and watch over ALL Chicago Bulls players, especially LaVine and Zo knees! TOO MUCH TALENT ON THIS TEAM TO BE TAKING LOSSES THE WAY WE HAVE IN OTHER TIMES PAST! I AM definitely happy and feeling blessed about THT, Philips is damn sure coming along too! GOD bless them all and GOD bless all of my Chicago Bulls family/fanbase! 🥂 TO MORE W'S!!!!!! GOD BLESS FAM!!!!!!😊❤💪✌
I mean if he were an actual PG that would be a start and its looking like he will be a 50-60 game player at 20ish mpg so doubtful any team will see him as a starter
This season reminds me of the season Nikola Mirotic ruined our top 5 chances of a pick. We won some meaningless games which kept us in mediocrity we are still in, celebrating a win vs a team that’s bottom 2 in the east. While you have Dallas, Boston from those years making finals and are contenders 5-6 years later. Wild. What can this team do? We can’t win a championship with this talent, we can’t trade for a franchise changing player, we are an expensive yet a bad team. And yet we are still winning good enough to get to the playin territory, which we’ll than lose and keep being bad years from now. How are you people ok with this? How are people happy with no change? You keep thinking with the same team you will get a different result. It’s just weird at this point.
I mean let's be real, what can anyone do to change the trend? Tanking with the front office and picks we have is pointless. Only players worth anything currently are Zach and vooch and we still wouldn't get their full value back
@ at least it’s a direction that might lead you to a change. If we continue like this there will be no change. You will be talking about a 30 win team 5 years from now if we continue like this.
100% facts, thank you. This fanbase is genuinely delusional, it's very weird. A concerning number of them somehow think that by fighting to make the play-in, a superstar will somehow want to sign with us (for the first time in franchise history) or we'll pull assets out of thin air to make a trade for a superstar. It's clear that they don't watch anyone else around the league. It's even more insane when you think about the fact that this franchise would be a complete joke if it weren't for drafting MJ with the 3rd pick. The closest we've ever gotten to any sort of success since then is due to luckily getting the #1 pick. Yet there are still so many Bulls fans who are against building through the draft. Fucking insanity.
@@kozzzlowww if there was another path I would gladly support it, but there isn’t. They think that we want to watch our team lose lol. Nobody wants to watch their favorite team lose, but it’s for the greater good! Look at Brooklyn, even they know you gotta hit the top 5 pick so they are selling. I rather be bad for 3-4 years and than have a solid 10 years, than have 14 years of being a 30-40 win team and still accomplish nothing.
'Zo reminding Chicago what an elite PG really looks like🫡Unfortunate about his issues with injury. I like what I'm seeing out there. Makes me all the more sad he lost years to that knee and can't be relied on enough to keep him around as our starter. He's so much better than Giddey it makes me shed a tear for that knee. I mean he should be better he's Lonzo Ball! So thats not a slight to Giddey, just the truth as of 12/17/24💯
Not sure why any team would trade for Lonzo. They can get him as a free agent for cheap without giving up anything and at this point dude is a part time player so unless he gets bought out I don't see him wearing a different uni this season
I would love to see Zach, Vucevic, and healthy Lonzo play an entire month together. Perhaps that is the combination of success the Bulls were looking for in 2021. Not saying Demar isn’t an incredible individual talent, clearly he is, but seeing how well Zach and Vooch playing together now makes me believe a healthy Lonzo makes that combination even better. But It just may be little too late.
Come white has been ass all year, idk what's up I thought maybe it's zach lavine causing him to have the ball less but he's forcing shots and getting killed on defense
If lonzo can be moved, he should be moved. Learn your lesson *love that he made it back. Comeback player of the year just for stepping on the court. Fun to watch play. But I say, come on
At this point I'll rather have Zach and trade coby .....I think cobys contract is easier to move and he hasn't been playibg well , kinda feel like he had his moment last season but that's its ride is over
Hey thanks for mentioning Poeltl went down which made Vucevic's job much easier. How about mentioning Barnes didn't play. This game would of been a tossup if everybody we mentioned played against a now 7-20 team. 🧐
What I thought of the game tonight…meh. Coby seems to be playing out of control and forcing shots. PWill is making aggressive moves that amount to nothing. THT is a player that prioritizes him getting a shot off instead of ball movement. And Donovan has a 3 man rotation at PF…which really does none of those players any good in development. But they got the win and that’s good…right?🫤

Zo improved his game in the half court.
Love that pass by Zo to THT for a reverse dunk.
certified "gimme the hot sauce moment"

I don't think people are realizing how much better Giddeys defense is getting lol
Lately he’s been better on defense than Zach and coby
I've definitely noticed - OKC fan here, he's doing things on defense I never saw him do at OKC. But he's young, so getting better is expected. You guys won the trade (long term perspective).
yeah he pinned a layup in the first half, caught me by surprise.

It'd be nice if Lonzo could be the Bulls' future PG if only there's a guarantee that he'll be healthy moving forward.
I mean if he were an actual PG that would be a start and its looking like he will be a 50-60 game player at 20ish mpg so doubtful any team will see him as a starter
We made it complicated at the end. Thank God Lonzo was there with his experience.
I really think we should resign zo for 2 years same with giddey they both are great on floor together
In the first half although Lonzo missed all shots I kept saying how he was affecting the game in other ways he was so impactful and that lob to THT😮
lonzo saved us this game
The fact that Billy wasn’t screaming at his guys to get the ball to Vooch down low when Poetl went out is further proof Billy isn’t an NBAhead coach
Why are we trying to win just enough games to lose our pick with players that are not part of the future

I just hope Zo will stay.
Such a fun game for the most part!
It doesn't matter, as long as you win . And do the things that makes the team successful.

We need more Julian Philips & Buzelis minutes. If coby & ayo are not playing well give them more breaks with those 2.

Keep Zo fosho
I’m all for keeping lonzo if we can get rid of Zack and of course it’s gotta b on good contract

Play in, play in, play in!!!!! Lets go mediocre!!! I dont understand what the Bulls are trying to do.

tank or not bro
Not

Yeah, Coby has been bothering me lately with his out of control offense and still making rookie level mistakes. Like I thought we were passed that?
hot sauce!
