Damn, I was so into the final battle that I didn't even realise how obvious the winner would be due to the winner having the loser's weakness. Good job!

Bro, I love it! The fights were amazing, the new entries got me off guard, and the ending was unexpected. A pure gem for Megaman fans like me. But now that this is over, I have a few questions to ask you if you don't mind and have the time of course.
@@k1productions87 no worries. Now to the questions: 1) How long did it took you to make this animation? 2) Will you do more fight animations like this one? 3) If you do Rockman Rumble 3, will you add someone like Spring Man into the mix? (I know last question was a bit personal on my part, but I did ask you that some time ago so, yeah)
@@axell15thewispmaster79 1) if you remove the gap of time in which production stalled, I'd say a solid 8 or 9 months. 2) I am unsure. The updates to Adobe have made further expansions to this particular project unsustainable. I am not against making new ones though 3) If I do a Rockman Rumble 3, one of two things will have to happen: - a) I will have to re-create the characters in vector art rather than sprites, meaning I could make whoever I wished, including Springman. - b) I will create 3D models of each character, so I could also include various camera angles to get deeper into the action. And in that case, same answer, Springman would definitely be a possibility. In fact now that I think about it, dynamic camera angles would do wonders for him :D In the meantime however, I do wish to spend some time on my own projects

This was great to watch. The last bit got me on the edge of my seat. If there's anything I'd have to say for improvements, I noticed you used most/all of the attack animations for most of the robot masters except for Stone Man. From what I remember, Stone Man has that Power Stone attack which was a stone hand that moved forward along the ground to grab you. Was it too hard to add in? On another note, I really enjoy certain entrances like Slash Man's. I also enjoyed certain moments like how Napalm Man immediately attacks after entering, Shadow Man slide tackling Napalm Man to stop him from moving, seeing Napalm Man's attack get interrupted and Gyro Man's attacks moved diagonally and then in a different direction to remind the viewer that they are fighting in a 3d space (probably my favorite of the bunch). Looking forward to another one.
leaving out the moving hand was a style choice... it had so little actual animation to it that It just didn't sit well with me. Its something that I would use if/when I remake the characters in vector art or 3D models

Certainly more deserving than Plantman last time. Though you gotta admit, he more than held his own this time. But I wasn’t gonna have him win twice lol
Man, this brought all the feelings of the original back for me. First off, the animation is so much smoother and at a brisker pace, evidence of how far you've come in animation. The Master choices make sense, even with some odd ones thrown in, but it makes it fun. I thought Plant Man was going to have a much rougher time based on past performance, but he turned out to be very clever, and almost heel-like based on other's opinion of him. We almost have a heel rivalry in Napalm and Plant, and that's kinda cool. Super fun to watch, and just like the first one, I feel like I could watch this five times and get a different perspective just based on where I focus. On a more personal note...man...You couldn't let my bois Stone Man, Magnet Man, or Top Man get the W? Was kinda Hoping at least Magnet would do better with how much of a monster he was in the first bout. Oh well, third(eventual) time's the charm.
To be perfectly honest, I didn't have an plans for how it would end when I started. The entire time I was just flying by the seat of my pants and seeing what went where based on who was in the ring, how much weapon energy they had, and where everyone was positioned. Stoneman I got rid of sooner because his sprite sheet was very limited, his attacks constantly cluttered up the ring and hampered movement, and it became more of a hassle than anything else. Magnetman I really wanted to be a beast again, like he was before... but unfortunately it didn't quite end up that way. As I said, seat of my pants animation Topman was on my shortlist for final victors, which I didn't finally decide on until I was at the second to last entry. My short list was Snakeman, Geminiman, Topman, and Centaurman... but the last one would have been a little obvious, so it came down to the three from Megaman 3.... you can tell where my bias is :P Plantman was never going to win
@@k1productions87 Oh, of course not. Sending in Plant Man first was a death sentence. I was just more impressed he lasted as long as he did. I expected a more unified front against him. The way things happened is not "bad" just different and very cool. the fact I could not predict how things would end up is a point in your favor. Plus, Plant Man losing his belt, so to speak, gives him an interesting arc rather than if he just stomped through to the end. Having to decide between rooting for Stone Man or Magnet Man when they were in the ring together was a special hell though ;). Like I said before, this is going to be one, like the original, that I keep coming back to. There are so many little interactions that between watching the meters and the battles themselves, I could legitimately watch this five times focusing on different interactions, and come away with different perspectives. Truly excellent work, and I look forward to a third whenever you feel like it's time to work on it. i know you have other projects that you're more immediately passionate about, so patience is key.
I love how certain robot masters team up with each other like Shadow Man Needle man, and Plant man Centaur man. They literally walked passed each other and protected each other. Makes sense because they are brothers. But some don’t like to team like Magnet Man Edit: oh no he accidentally hit centaur man 😭

Yes indeed. There are some complications though. All the custom sprite sheets I had made had gotten lost, and the original Flash file got corrupted. I still have the ones on this file, but I am unable to edit them in any way. So... if there is to be a Rockman Rumble 3, one of two things must happen. Either brand new vector artwork of the characters (wanna upgrade from just sprites) so they will not only be easier to edit and make new moves for, but I can make missing characters like FireMan, MetalMan, SkullMan, GravityMan, KnightMan and so forth. Or... the harder, more costly, but ultimately more impressive option,... 3D ... the second option is less likely, but the option is still on the table should fortunate circumstances arise.
You can't really see it because of the unfortunately low video quality. When a Robot Master is knocked down, his energy must reach the next line up before he can recover back to his feet. This is also why Geminiman stays down and the end and just takes the last snake that kills him. He didn't have proper energy to recover.
@@PreRenderedSheep95 I made a blinking indicator on the line which the affected Robot Master's weapon energy must reach before they could revive... but it ended up being far too subtle to see at the crappy resolution I made it in. That was my fault.
@@PreRenderedSheep95 then your eyes are sharper than mine. I knew where and when to look for it, and even then I often couldn't see it in the published video.
Yeah, he hung in there. More than twice as long as NapalmMan even. Third from the top, in fact. The top three being the only ones that even broke the 5-minute mark.
After Plantman basically won the last one by timeout, he EARNED his high placement in this one. He is plagued by low speed, low stamina, and low energy efficiency, but he fought EXCEEDINGLY intelligently by creating shields, summoning allies, and taking his time letting his enemies fight. I also happened to notice that he made an effort to target Gyroman with his spinning vine summon whenever he flew into the air to keep him from camping up there too long. (Toadman also tried to keep him out of the air, credit to him!) Pharoahman, meanwhile, showed up when Plantman did in the last one, at the very end. In the previous match he was also taken out by Breakman, who was trying to illegally steal his spot. But he managed to make a name for himself in his brief time around by pounding out a TON of damage per hit, placing the top in damage per minute despite only being there for, well, a minute. He had high energy costs for his abilities, but they did blazing amounts of damage. If he managed to grab that W Tank towards the end he may have been able to change the course of the match, but his low stamina did him in... Centaurman was also shockingly efficient. Slow movement, slow projectiles limiting his ranged effectiveness, large frame, yet his variety of weapons, highly effective shield, his massive damage output, and his high energy effectiveness (a lot of his defensive options were low energy, so he could take the time to recover energy naturally, plus most of his tools were pretty efficient), made him a force to be reckoned with. Crystalman should theoretically been really good at taking out multiple targets, particularly those who summoned a bunch of allies, but it seemed sort of like he got a bit overwhelmed by all the chaos. He made an effort, and his charge attack gimmick seemed useful. His damage output was bigger than expected in the final count, he had a lot of potential, but seemed a bit too slow to fight more effectively. Perhaps if there's a third episode he can redeem himself. (But for now, rest. You put in a TON of work, this was excellent.)
I absolutely adore this analysis. You caught nearly everything I had in mind, and I love it. One minor caveat, Gyroman would have never been able to camp in the air, as his flight takes away energy, but the excellent point still stands in order to take the next big step that I would need to in order to make another sequel or expand beyond it might require more than I am able to offer on my own. As cool as it would be to remake everything with solid vector art, I would really really like to be able to do it all in 3-D
@@k1productions87 I'm happy you liked it! ^^ I actually really enjoyed going over things again to see if my theories were correct. I wanted GutsMan to last longer this time, at the very least making it to the final entry (if not potentially even win) but it didn't quite work out that way.
@@luisanunes4365 thinking - but not much has gone into it beyond that as of yet. Unfortunately most of the files the original two were made from have been corrupted or lost, including one of the characters I REALLY wanted to have in Rumble 2, and had to leave him out. So, if I go ahead with a #3, I will either create all new vector art of the characters used, or 3D models. The latter will give me greater animation freedom and do cool things like angles and zooms,... but it would be MUCH MUCH more work to create. As if building brand new 2D art wouldn't be a lot of work already.

Hehe, well, I did that on purpose. First, I wanted him to justify his win last time by actually holding his own for a while. And then solidify the fact he was a chickensh*t heel by constantly hiding in the corner and camping, and then tease at the possibility that he might go all the way. It also helps that Plantman had the most actual animation to work with

@@jamesaaronmiranda9078 It would be considerably more difficult to do, even with just the original sprites. If there is to be a Rockman Rumble 3, it will continue with the original generation, but either with new vector-based art, or 3D.
This was AMAZING! Everything here was done really well and much more fair, and I like how Plant Man wasn't dominant, but still an active threat.
hehe i worked hard to balance things out and give everyone their moments
I remember watching the original rumble long ago. Im so glad that this one didn't disappoint. What ever you have in store for the future, I wish you the best of luck.
One thing I love about these is that everything has such convincing weight to it!
it helped so much being able to utilize motion tweening along with the jump cycles. All I had to do was make sure each jump had a steady slow down going up and speed up going down :3
Harkens back to the "bouncing ball assignment" in Animation 101 :3
Always great to see Magnet Man return! Didn't take as many names this time around but still my favorite entry.
And finally has his proper theme too :3
Months I've waited since I've heard of it's comeuppance. I've watched the original back then and still today so I knew I wouldn't miss the premiere.
As for the video, every character got their chance and I enjoyed it, and I'm solely glad Plant got his just desserts. I'm not spoiling nothing more, and I'm satisfied with the winner either way.
Thank you for coming back with this rollercoaster of delays, waiting, patience, and nostalgia altogether. I'm so glad you could deliver us with a satisfying conclusion for Rickman Rumble 2.
EDIT: Man, I realized another set of characters didn't get a return like Shade and Turbo, but the final product is still satisfying.
hell yeah this was so worth the wait.
aggressiveness plant's and snake's intelligence and planning, dust man being evasive to keep his distance etc.
the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that air and dust didn't use their wind attack at the same time. miss opportunity
I love how well plant did.
if anyone ever thought that plant won out of luck.
well lets prove them wrong.
makes you really want to root for him
and the details man. characters remembering the earlier fight like dust when he stopped being evasive to rush his killer, also stone who did the same, etc
this was amazing i am so glad that this was finished.

Bro, I love it! The fights were amazing, the new entries got me off guard, and the ending was unexpected. A pure gem for Megaman fans like me.
But now that this is over, I have a few questions to ask you if you don't mind and have the time of course.
Feel free to ask anything you like ^_^
well, within reason of course. Nothing overly personal LOL
@@k1productions87 no worries. Now to the questions:
1) How long did it took you to make this animation?
2) Will you do more fight animations like this one?
3) If you do Rockman Rumble 3, will you add someone like Spring Man into the mix?
(I know last question was a bit personal on my part, but I did ask you that some time ago so, yeah)
@@axell15thewispmaster79
1) if you remove the gap of time in which production stalled, I'd say a solid 8 or 9 months.
2) I am unsure. The updates to Adobe have made further expansions to this particular project unsustainable. I am not against making new ones though
3) If I do a Rockman Rumble 3, one of two things will have to happen:
- a) I will have to re-create the characters in vector art rather than sprites, meaning I could make whoever I wished, including Springman.
- b) I will create 3D models of each character, so I could also include various camera angles to get deeper into the action. And in that case, same answer, Springman would definitely be a possibility. In fact now that I think about it, dynamic camera angles would do wonders for him :D
In the meantime however, I do wish to spend some time on my own projects
@@k1productions87 Well, that will be all. Thank you for your time Mr. K1, for giving us this amazing animation and for making my dream of Springman in Rumble a reality.
Keep going strong, and stay safe💖
@@k1productions87 I think 3d Models would ruin the classig megaman style, but no doubt, they will increase the possibilities of actions and situations.

rip plant man, he lasted the longest, he was there from start to the near end, congrats to Snake man (aka bass in a snake costume) for winning the second rockaman Rumble
Cut man: while agile, he was limited to simple yet random attacks
Plant man: his indestructible shield and camping was what kept him alive the whole time
Shadow man: versatile and agile, though has trouble dealing with multiple opponents at once
Heat man: had good offense and defense, but was predictable and reckless
Dust man: his slow attacks made it hard for him to keep up with others, with his one advantage being able to suck up any projectile
Slash man: his use of guerrilla tactics and close range attacks made him a tricky opponent
Air man: wide range of crowd control attacks, but little power and speed to back it up
Napalm man: nerfed but effective
Needle man: always on the offensive, which costed a lot of energy when needed
Magnet man: always keeping people on their toes
Stone man: had control over the field, but no increased defense along with little move speed
Toad man: surprisingly more versatile than before and acted as a counter to stone man and other slow robots
Snake man: attacks allowed for attacks from all angles, along with being tactical
Gyro man: flight gave him a large advantage over others
Guts man: another crowd controller, with better defenses
Crystal man: all around attacks, little damage
Top man: good defense, but also predictable
Centaur man: large range of attacks, if only he didn't spend half of the time attacking a met
Gemini man: good tricks will only get you so far
Pharaoh man: like needle man, too focused on offense
Nice breakdown, I love it :D
Yo! Don't forget about to mention the fact that some robotmasters can't run (an issue noticeable when needleman couldn't escape magnetman's special. Also the weapon meter since some like heatman, napalmman, pharaonman, etc. Waste alot of energy too quickly or some of their attacks drain alot of energy.

Thanks for making me feel super old, LOL
Just kidding. I'm just glad people still enjoy them
This was great to watch.
My, oh my. This was amazing! I really like custom sprites you did for the other robot masters (Like Top Man and Needle Man!)
NeedleMan was unfortunately somewhat limited, as he required the most custom work. TopMan had a lot to work with, but I couldn't quite get his run/skate cycle to work the way I wanted lol

Snakeman was going nuts while being clever. Was always there but never in the way. Definently earned that win.
As I said, seat of my pants animation
Topman was on my shortlist for final victors, which I didn't finally decide on until I was at the second to last entry.
My short list was Snakeman, Geminiman, Topman, and Centaurman... but the last one would have been a little obvious, so it came down to the three from Megaman 3.... you can tell where my bias is :P
Plantman was never going to win
God I was so happy to see this, I couldn't believe it!

I love how certain robot masters team up with each other like Shadow Man Needle man, and Plant man Centaur man. They literally walked passed each other and protected each other. Makes sense because they are brothers. But some don’t like to team like Magnet Man
Edit: oh no he accidentally hit centaur man 😭
MagnetMan is probably still a bit sore about what happened in the first Rumble, eventually betrayed by GeminiMan (albeit accidentally)

Rockman Rumble > Rockman Rumble 2: 15 years
Mega Man X8 > Mega Man X9: Estimated time left 39 years
Now lets wait 10 years to Rumble 3
We need Rockman Rumble 3
... the second option is less likely, but the option is still on the table should fortunate circumstances arise.
7:40 shadowman meanwhile waiting: 💤
You can't really see it because of the unfortunately low video quality. When a Robot Master is knocked down, his energy must reach the next line up before he can recover back to his feet.
This is also why Geminiman stays down and the end and just takes the last snake that kills him. He didn't have proper energy to recover.
@@k1productions87 If that makes sense, it still seems kind of funny that he stays lying on the floor for so long xd
@@PreRenderedSheep95 I made a blinking indicator on the line which the affected Robot Master's weapon energy must reach before they could revive... but it ended up being far too subtle to see at the crappy resolution I made it in.
That was my fault.
@@k1productions87 Don't worry if I noticed it 👍
@@PreRenderedSheep95 then your eyes are sharper than mine. I knew where and when to look for it, and even then I often couldn't see it in the published video.
Props to shadow man lasting a long time and still getting in the action.
(Toadman also tried to keep him out of the air, credit to him!)
Pharoahman, meanwhile, showed up when Plantman did in the last one, at the very end.
One minor caveat, Gyroman would have never been able to camp in the air, as his flight takes away energy, but the excellent point still stands
in order to take the next big step that I would need to in order to make another sequel or expand beyond it might require more than I am able to offer on my own. As cool as it would be to remake everything with solid vector art, I would really really like to be able to do it all in 3-D
@@k1productions87 I'm happy you liked it! ^^ I actually really enjoyed going over things again to see if my theories were correct. Each Robot Master genuinely had distinct strengths and weaknesses, which made figuring them all out really fun! Honestly I'd be glad to go back in and make some more observations for more of the participants!
@@SwerveStarEx and I will enjoy reading all of them ^_^
First Guts Man, then Plant Man. Man, these badass robots last a very long time.
I wanted GutsMan to last longer this time, at the very least making it to the final entry (if not potentially even win) but it didn't quite work out that way.
Everyone: How many rounds will you survive?
Plant Man: *Yes*
PlantMan: "I'm going all the way"
SnakeMan and GeminiMan: "NO YOU'RE NOT"
THIS NEEDS MORE VIEWS
I couldn't agree more :P
And this is why snake man it.s for me the best
Definitely besssssssssst boi :3
Awesome animation as always
Thank you ^_^
I'm still hoping to make another more improved one sometime down the line
@@k1productions87 are you thinking on making a rockman rumble 3?
@@luisanunes4365 thinking - but not much has gone into it beyond that as of yet.
Unfortunately most of the files the original two were made from have been corrupted or lost, including one of the characters I REALLY wanted to have in Rumble 2, and had to leave him out.
So, if I go ahead with a #3, I will either create all new vector art of the characters used, or 3D models. The latter will give me greater animation freedom and do cool things like angles and zooms,... but it would be MUCH MUCH more work to create. As if building brand new 2D art wouldn't be a lot of work already.
@@k1productions87 okay thank you
Really great! The animation is amazing and the action was fantastic! But I got really frustrated, like...so genuinly frustrated that Plantman stuck around so long that I actually skipped ahead to see if he ever actually died. Way too much Plantman imo.
Hehe, well, I did that on purpose. First, I wanted him to justify his win last time by actually holding his own for a while. And then solidify the fact he was a chickensh*t heel by constantly hiding in the corner and camping, and then tease at the possibility that he might go all the way.
It also helps that Plantman had the most actual animation to work with
Toadman: 👋🏾 everyone else: nah Toad man a robotic frog ain’t no way leave
It’s finally here!!!
Can’t wait!!!
This is one of the best things ever if not the best and I feel happiness once.
I am happy to hear that ^_^
I do like making things that others enjoy, and not cutting corners to meet a deadline like the last one.
Plant Man harnessed the essence of Napalm Man from Rumble 1.
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
@@klortikterra4423 ok
@@DanielAyy why did he last so long? cause he camped.
@@klortikterra4423 ok
Yes omg 10 years waiting
I love how cut man was the first person to enter and the first person to die
well, at least he lasted longer than Turboman did last time :P
Hell, he even doubled his own runtime from the previous time
@@k1productions87 I know that's why that's funny
WOAH NICE JOB!!! Sad about your OS issue.
The Toad Man and Snake Man are GREAT!
Wonder if you can share those beautiful sprites!
A few things that sadden me as I was expecting
1. Skull Man after seeing Pharaoh Man.
2. Sword Man/Knight Man/Yamato Man after seeing Centaur Man (to cross blades with - closest melee was Slash man but he a hit and run tactical melee kind)
3. Junk Man after seeing Dust Man
(Would be cool to see some "tagging" going on)
Skullman was one of my edits, but was incomplete.
Yamatoman was a bit complicated but I wanted to do Knightman
Junkmans sheet was too limited
ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME
LEZ GO WE GOT ANOTHER
Guts Man and Gyro Man in the same video?!
Easy 10/10
seriously though that was worth the wait
I am happy to hear that ^_^
This is awesome homie
thanks :D
this is great
How do you determine who comes in # place?
you mean what order they come out in?
@@k1productions87 no, what place they come in as 1st, 2nd, etc.
@@SomethingBoutEclipse well there is a score breakdown at the very end.
time spent in match
damage dealt
and damage over time (dmg/time)
