currently im doing a lot of what i would call meditation in motion - walking, bike riding, and otherwise exercising to focus on the present moment
@@georgepoulos I understand. I don't really walk that much cause I'm always on my board. But I'd be willing to give it a try. I've been watching Danny's videos and he said he goes for walks too. Being in the present moment is something I can do on and off depending on what I'm thinking.
