Sark already has a creative plan for this issue. I'm sure he no longer even considers it an issue anymore.

A couple of issues with your off roster solutions is no scholarships available after Sark awarded the last available one to Burt Auburn. Another issue is how are coaches going to explain a temporary rental player with zero time of hard work in the offseason program plus no knowledge of playbook and coaches basically handing a job to a equivalent walk-on not Texas good to recruit emergency player over guys on the current roster with years of experience in the program who may have not played much at all getting bypassed for a chance. There are also walk-on players like maybe Thatcher Million that would be a great option if given a chance. I personally believe that Sark should adjust his offense to incorporate the entire WR group into situational RB spots to have great playmakers on the field to run occasionally with a more focused outside running game. I would prefer having a guy like Johntay Cook or Matthew Golden motion into the backfield to add that extra unpredictability for the defense that a run could be going right or left or middle or for blocking help but at least they have the threat of the run. I would also try a more Kansas type of option offense with the motions and outside option pitch game with maybe Blue taking a handoff from Quinn sweeping left and getting to the edge with a pitch option to a quick WR lined up deep behind Quinn available for a pitch outside if Blue is not able to get in open field. I would also recommend Texas try using more sprint draw plays and quick middle shovel passes to slow down aggressive rushing d-lines.

they're not going to invest the time to create an entirely different offense like that in two weeks... be realistic.
The more likely approach will be to go with what they have already installed and just skew the play calling more towards the pass to open the run vs run to open play action pass.

@@robh_tex how is my suggestion about creating and installing a whole new offense? I suggested more plays that already exist in the playbook like the sprint draw and motioning a WR into the backfield to use like the two back pony packages that created big plays last season for the Texas offense. It’s not a whole new offense, it’s called making adjustments to some plays that Texas already run normally. I like the passing game as it is but I want Sark to consider using his elite playmakers on offense at WR to become a bigger part of the running game without the constant running up the middle into a brick wall approach that wouldn’t be as effective with the current RB situation. Sark needs to be creative this season if Texas wants to run the ball effectively and win big games is my thoughts and all I want to do is have a discussion and not be treated like I’m some unrealistic fan. How about engaging in ideas and discussion instead of being ripping my ideas, I want this team to be successful this season and I know coaches over at the forty acres do read the message boards and watch what is being talked about on the videos. Texas know a lot about football and know what they are doing but I am sure that they are also losing sleep trying to come up with ideas and solutions for this season’s issues.

@@jrhaney11 Sark doesn't have time to read message boards... If he wants offensive ideas, he has personal relationships with guys like Sean McVay, Kyle Shanahan & Mike McDaniel to tap into.
I'd look for an expanded role for Juan Davis as he was already factoring into the 12 personnel packages which can quickly morph to 21 personnel with a simple shift inside. That addresses a pass-pro concern while still allowing Sark to hunt mismatches by motioning Blue out of the backfield into the slot keeping the same players on the field (12/21/11)

Your wasting your time commenting such a long message because no body specifically this channel will not read it or respond. They only choose to respond to easy questions that won't put them in an position of talking down on this staff.

@@corypeacock556 I will respond the way I want to and I want to see more ideas instead of giving up or complaining about the situation. Why are there so many cowards to put out common sense ideas? Is it because they are afraid of criticism? All I see and hear is no they can’t use this player or that player or just plug and play with no ideas or reality in moving a player that doesn’t know the playbook. Sorry I write long posts but nobody writes anything but simple comments that don’t do anything to help.
I will continue to write what I want to and people can ignore or laugh or whatever but I care about this team and their chances at having success.

I dislike the terms "knicked up" and "dinged" for football injuries. It's not like you get a knife cut playing football. Football players get pulls, strains, and tears, and they get minor concussions.
