Labs are usually a very obedient dogs. They are usually naughty when they are young. I think the old people could not match his energy level and the poor dog landed up in jail for correction.
@K.A. Santhoshkumar In Kerala they keep them in cages like prison and feel they are aggressive. Poor thing wants a bit of freedom and when they get so little time out they want to make maximum out of it. The owners require counseling, not the dog
