Tyson Ran 9.68 Just Over The Allowable Limit At The Trials In '08 As Well. The 9.69 Would Have Been Faster Without The Lethargic Start. It Was More Impressive Than The Other 9.69 Ran By Johan. Wind Aided Or Not, When A Sprinter's Body Moves Through The Atmosphere At Whatever Speed, They Have The Capability To Run That Under Allowable Limits.
