The term leadership is often only used in reference to individuals in management positions. Dementia leaders however, are needed at all levels of the organisation. In this webinar, we will discuss the ways in which individuals, from the Chief Executive Officer through to the Support Service Staff can advocate and change the culture of dementia care.
