I had the TS10048BB on my 2015 Silverado and loved it! This one won't work for me. I need a drop similar to the TS10048B to work with my 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 with the MultiPro Tailgate and factory 2 inch lift for proper trailering height. I tried to flip the ball carrier around to give me more drop and it worked great on the counter but the Chain attachment plate and the hitch interfered and would not go into the receiver. 1/2 inch would have made it work if it were fully thought out ... Sadly, I will be returning mine.

Are there any solutions for when a flat hitch is needed other than swap the entire assembly out for something else?

How do you fit a silencer in pro tail gate hitch and make it work so it don't rattle wasnt able to figure it out

Taylin, have you tried an anti-rattle lock? I picked one up on Amazon for $35 an it works great.

So I would need four locks on this hitch? One for the receiver, and three on the flipping ball side? Otherwise someone could take any or all of the pins out at their leisure..

You could keep a few extra pins on hand in case that should happen.
