Great clip... and though my two are quite outgoing... Airedales by nature are aloof and reserved with unfamiliar people... My two by the way are numbers 8 and 9 in a long history of Airedales in our family.
In WWI (and again in WWII)they were widely used as guard dogs, messenger dogs and patrol dogs... There is a memorial to their 'service,' in Scotland... They truly are brilliant family dogs.

One of my Airedales hated strangers and the other loved everyone. They were both reared the same but just had different personalities.
Mine has a good disposition toward strangers.

We had 2 120# , the best could be testy under certain circumstances otherwise marshmallows. Lap dogs too
