I guess the shedding is like periods syncing. I’ve heard stories of people’s periods syncing with their roommates and colleagues’. I’m on birth control so I’ve never experienced the period thing but my sister and I tend to shed around the same time.

Usually when I get shedding I have to stay home from school because I shed like 5-10 times for only one day and I don’t want people looking at me like I’m weird! In middle school when everyone is developing at different paces the self consciousness can be overwhelming.Yes, it does get worse in the cold since your skin contracts so you should apply a thick lotion! Hey girliesss, shedding sucks but i just found like a new way to help with the pain. Side note: ALL SKIN IS DIFFERENT SO WHAT WORKS FOR ME NIGHT NOT WORK FOR YOU. So ive been using eucerin lotion on my old skin before peeling it and letting it soak unto the new skin under it, which makes it less painful to peel off. Hope this helps, Love you babes

If you put Vaseline on right after it helps to protect the new skin (and helps the shed tomorrow be less painful) ❤❤❤
