I did all of this and it has worked (thank you). What I am glad you said as part of the commentary was that your graphics card may be on the way out. It would be more honest of them to say there is a chance that the GPU has reached the end of its life and you need to get a new one and no amount of tinkering will solve it. I do also need to add that for me the problem was specfic to one graphics card - a GTX970 - which I had bought off Ebay so no warranty return option there. If I swapped my old GTX580 back into the same PC (before your fix) and played the same game which had stopped with the GTX970 there was no issue. I never got a BSOD but I did get the same three error messages as you did in Event Viewer. I still can't figure out if it is a software/driver issue, or my GPU is physically dying. On my PC's first start up of the day, it would BSOD after running a game for a few minutes. But after that BSOD and restart, it would be able to run games for hours without crashing. It's like somehow the first BSOD "fixes" whatever the problem is for a while, but once I turn the PC off and come back the next day, this ritual repeats.
I Had the same issue a few months back, and then it completely went away on tis own or so I thought. Now it is back and worse than ever, going to try the fix in this video. If it does not work, I am assuming I have a dying GPU. It is GTX 1070 I have had for just over 5 years of heavy use.
@@blakesperfect8603 My PC stopped having the issue for like the past 2 weeks and i literally did nothing to fix it. Didn't follow this tutorial, didn't open my PC to physically fidget with the GPU. I updated the driver for my motherboard but it did crash for a few more days after that before the crashing stopped itself so i don't think that's what fixed it. I'm currently running a pretty recent Geforce driver 536.40. So even now I still can't tell if my GPU is dying or it was a software problem. If it's GPU dying I don't see how it would suddenly be fine again for 2 weeks straight. On the other hand, it also doesn't make sense for it to be driver issues because I gave up doing anything on the software side, it kept crashing for a while more, and then fixed itself.
I did all of these things and sent it in for repairs, they replaced the gpu. I'm now getting these errors again after about 3 months of having no issues. What Should I do?

I have tried everything on this video and nothing seems to work for me.
In my case, I always get BSOD when I try to open a specific game. None of the guide in this video worked for me.
BUT instead of update the gpu driver, I re-install the older version of the driver. And it's SOLVED my problem. At least for now.
So maybe it's the newest driver to cause the error or because my gpu incompatible with newest driver?

@@r1zee267 yes
I did all of this, but it still kept giving the same error. I did basically everything possible, I even restored Windows from scratch and nothing helped. I was in doubt between the HD, RAM and video card. In the end it was the poorly connected video card. It came loose a little when I went to clean the hard drive so the motherboard could recognize it again. A small problem with the motherboard not recognizing the HD led me to the problem with the video card, which in the end was only resolved almost 12 hours later.
Installing in safe mode did the trick for me. I suspect windows update was interfering with the installation of the driver I actually wanted
I underclocked which didnt work so now Ive undervolted at that still dosent work, temps are fine, Im watching everything on HWMonitor and everything looks great but my PC freezes randomly while gaming, think my 2080ti is toast

ive tried everything outside and inside this video except the last one, seems like nvidia screwed up with another driver update.
It is GTX 1070 I have had for just over 5 years of heavy use.
i have the same issue, after restart i can play for hours
Please let me know if you ever find out a fix. This is my issue.
Have you tried installing old drivers, before there was a problem? It helped me
Afterburner constantly goes back after I hit apply...
But my pc is crashing on startup or before it

Have you tried installing old drivers, before there was a problem? It helped me
it's a long shot but i think you gotta consider that the issue isn't with your GPU anymore since you have already replaced it with a completely new one, right?

I randomly started losing video signal after a Windows update in mid-December 2023. I have tried everything, including most of what you've done except the MSI stuff, and this even happens in another machine(took it to Microcenter to have the card tested there). Is my card truly faulty or will doing the underclocking on MSI afterburner resolve the issue? Right now my core and memory clock are both at +0. Fan speed is at 39. I don't know anything about how this works but it's frustrating. I have a cooler master 500W PSU that came with my HP Omen 30L. I've only had this system about three years or so and am so pissed that already there's an issue with the card. I've done everything imaginable, including reinstalling windows, applying new thermal paste, DDU, etc. Nothing has worked. I can use the system some, but the minute I try to run a game with heavy graphics, I lose signal. Sometimes I can play a long while before this happens and other times it happens right away. I am already resigned that I have to buy a new card(it won't be an NVidia)but I want to be sure there's nothing more I can do. I have the RTX 2060 Super. Thanks!

Hello what I need to do when I try to open nvidia drivers and after 17 procent it just shows 7-zip : data error why it's not instaling that nvidia drivers ?
I got my PC in late December, worked fine for 5 months until now. My PC crashed and didnt show a bluescreen error, just fully rebooted, I checked event log and i narrowed the problem down to this. I did some of the steps such as updating bios and graphics drivers to latest version (the crash happened on a old nvidia driver released on the 9th may). Ive played a ton of high intensity games today and had no issues, so i dont think my hardware is failing as temps and usage are all normal. I suspect it could be my power power brick/extension as I recently switched it out to a different one and had no problems like this before switchig it. The power supply i have is mre than enough as it was fine for months before this crash. Any help?.

will getting a new graphics card automatically fix this problem?
it can be the ram, it can be windows, old drivers can corrupt new drivers
Nothing worked for me but I figured out what an issue is and I assume that many of us might have the same problem. Make sure your GPU is plugged in corectly, tighten all the cables in your pc and don't forget about the PSU. You can also clean the gpu a little bit with compressed gas but don't let your fans rotate when you do that.
