I think mam micro means very small that can’t be seen by naked eye but nematodes,heliminths,fungi r seen by naked eyes.

You're right..some of the microbes that you mentioned could be seen by naked eyes but still thery are studied under microbiology discipline as many of their members and structural components need microscopic aid for studying them.
