I would recommend adding another step: disassemble the head and check for proper lubrication of the thrust bearings. Mine were dry from the factory. Added some triflow synthetic grease to them them helped things move smoothly.

We have the Roban version of this helicopter with Trex 450 pro Mechanics. As expert scale helicopter builders Do NOT use CA to fix the horizontal and Vertical stabilisers. Use a slow cure epoxy. This is a high vibration area CA is fast to use but brittle it will fail! Belt drive tails aren't great in scale models as they need checking every flight. A torque tube would be better. Also, you should have shown people how to balance the helicopter. You didn't do it which was very evident in the flight video. You complained it was sitting back on the skids and tail touching. This model will sit very nicely with skids in true scale if the model is balanced correctly. It is a great little model but does need pointing out more strongly that these are not beginner models. Its great to see motion push helis but please do it properly and responsibly.

This does look amazing HOWEVER a warning if you're new to the hobby setting up a gyro flybarless system is not a simple straight forward thing to do, and if not done correctly you will SMASH AND CRASH the Heli on your first flight. That being said if you take your time read the instructions also watch plenty of RUclips tutorials then fingers crossed you should be ok.

Yeah totally agree with that. Its not a toy and you need to know as much as possible before you start with any semi serious heli like this or above. RUclips has alot of info to get you started like me and that was 13 years ago.

Yep this is an advanced helicopter definitely not for a beginner and we are not marketing it that way. But if you know your way around a helicopter this is a great PNP helicopter that looks awesome and flys great when set up correct.

It’s a Roban fuselage with motions clone version of an early Trex 450
