Literally as I was about 14 minutes in listening to this there was a huge crash in my room but nothing had fallen over or anything. I got up to turn the light on and then heard a tap on the window right behind me. I freaked out and walked to my living room and stayed in there for about an hour. Safe to say I’m not getting any sleep tonight.

I’ve had to stop listening to some of my favorite creators at night simply because I’m worried about how badly RUclips and their ads are going to damage my hearing. I loved this and cannot wait for October/fall! I've had a lot of night terrors and sleep paralysis episodes and have seen dark shadowy figures in my room while in a half-sleep state, but can't move anything but my eyes. So scary!
Yup I suffer from the same. Which I know is spiritual because I never had any sleep paralysis until after having a insane paranormal experience and now ever since I suffer from sleep paralysis. Same thing see shadow beings and cant move or stop it. I have learned what does help ALOT is to think or call on Jesus. It does help
