Hi, for receiving the WXM tokens from measuring weather using our Weather XM, we connect a Metamask wallet to our account inside the WeatherXM app. A metamask wallet is a free browser wallet, just like the Coinbase wallet. We need to however add the Polygon network to it, which we do in the top left corner when having our metamask wallet open (switching from Ethereum to Polygon).
No worries, just ask away and I will happily answer. Here is a video were I talk about my WeatherXM earnings and how the earnings work: ruclips.net/video/eQTxY2Cbick/видео.html
@@NordicCrypto Thanks! im doing research because I dont really have a good place to put it on my roof (it has terra cotta tiles and I dont want to risk breaking the tiles or getting rain water leaks installing anything up there) so im thinking of getting 2-3 10ft galvanized pipes from Home Depot and linking them together then putting them in a Home Depot bucket filled with concrete on the ground level of my house to mount all these outdoor crypto miners that need to be above the roof.
Great video. I am buying 2 of these, one for me and one for my dad (I am claiming the tokens). Is it best to set up the app for two different people, but use the same wallet for both? Or can the same app hold both stations? Thanks
Hi! Thank you! The following is not financial advice. Honestly, right now I would instead go for the Fry "High-end weather miner" which is the same device. However, it is cheaper and currently earns tokens that are worth something. WeatherXM are currently in their beta with their tokens not being worth anything and we do not know how much they will be worth. I will leave a link here to the Fry weather miner so you can watch that and then decide for yourself. ruclips.net/video/FVrlpZTqul4/видео.html Best of luck! /Nordic
You must be getting paid. My experience was all sketchy. I got a broken device and they are refusing to refund my money. How is that not sketchy? @@NordicCrypto

I have the helium one also and it works perfect and it’s sending a lot of data thru my miner
Did you purchase one? @@TheSevisgreen
How many tokens do they give out daily? Is the daily fixed?
There is a tiny 4 pin plug - looks like it should go in the bottom of the cube "C" or "B" - do we need to add this?
No, that's for if you encounter problems.
Hi i don't know which wallet i can use. Can i use the coinbase wallet for example?

Great thank you
What if you move to an other house or country? Can you change the location claim? Greetings 😊
Video is neat! Thank you for doing the review!
We are currently on Arbitrum One and would love to see more of your reviews in the future!
Thank you! More videos are coming!
What size pole should I get to mount this (thickness)? 1 inch? 1.5 inch? 2 inch?
Great question! The pole's diameter should be at least 25mm (1inch) and maximum 50mm (2 inch) for optimal use.

I went for 48mm
Nice overview!
Thank you Trumper!
you have a discount code to buy those
So its only for test tokens? And not an earner?
The test tokens will be converted to real tokens when they go into mainnet launch. When that is and how much it will be worth we don't know
Is the WiFi better than the Hellium one?
I think the model 1000 wifi is better because then you don't need a LoRawann device.
Thanks Nordic
which model is better helium or wifi
Helium if you have a helium miner at your house
Wifi is better, because then you don't need a LoRaWan device.

If you buy from weatherxm you can buy the license for fry and dual mine them? But not if you buy from fry, is that true? @@NordicCrypto

@@andriskivlenieks1588 yes it’s steal sealed 👌🏻
your code dont work
WeatherXM does sadly not have any discount codes like many others. I see that have giftcards but that is something else.
I would stay away from Weather XM. Sketchy.
Not at all sketchy
