Ford Model T axle housing and driveshaft repair

In this video of the 1914 Ford Model T, I start preparation of the various components to enable reassembly of the differential and torque tube. I soon discover more carnage and potentially the first 109 year old mechanical component on the car - front driveshaft bushing.

To decompress the sleeve, think you might have turned it the wrong way. interesting video thanks !

Your bushing would just come out easily if you turn it the right way try ccw next time
