hi everyone!! welcome to my youtube channel:) i finally finished decorating my dorm and i’m so excited to share it with you! i am a freshman at tulane university and i live in the monroe dorm here on campus. i got the majority of the stuff for my dorm from bed bath & beyond and target with a few other places sprinkled in there. if you have questions about specific items, move in, or anything else relating to college comment them down below!

our school has a poster printer and its like a couple quarters for color print, literally might just print all my own posters

Tulane says they use that Dormify move in service. How did you get all of the Target, et al things there on move in day? TIA! Hope you're enjoying your time there.

What did you use to hang things on brick. My son is moving onto that building next week and I’d love to bring hanging supplies for decor with us.

whats the thing blocking out the window on your roomate's side?

i’m actually not sure. all the rooms have them covering some configuration of the windows. it’s just part of the building lol

What size rug works best for Monroe?

honestly most sizes work it just depends on how much overlap you want between the rug and the beds. i think mine was 4x6 and it fit almost perfectly between the two beds with no overlap

Halle Latchman i’m not sure how the school decides where each person lives freshman year. we didn’t get to rank our choices or decide where we live. i just got lucky cuz i really wanted to be in monroe:)
