- In the Young Thug / YSL trial today (Tuesday, August 13, day 110), Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Simone Hylton followed up on Kenneth "Woody" Copeland's testimony that he gave the Infiniti police believe was used in the drive-by shooting of Donovan Thomas to his friend Tay / Threat.
Prosecutors say Young Thug rented the Infiniti from Hertz rental cars at the Atlanta airport.
Tay / Threat was murdered in Atlanta last month. Hylton believes Woody is lying now and blaming Tay only because Tay is dead.

He has slipped up, he's also not denying anything. Big difference between denying and saying I don't recall. He's indirectly saying threat killed Nut, but he can't recall if Thug gave the orders.
If you listen to his testimony all these months, 1 things clear. Woody was YSL's shooter. At some point YSL turned on Woody after Nuts killing, which ironically Woody had nothing to do with.
It seems like Woody DID in fact lie about Thug and other YSL members killing Nut, not because they didnt do it, but because he really didn't know. But he knows Threat had the vehicle during the time of the murder, and in process of elimination means Threat did it. He doesn't know if the others were present.
If they tie Young Thugs location anywhere near threat at the time of the shooting, he's cooked. And it sounds like they have cell phone location data placing Thug at the McDonald's near Nuts house. It's not looking good for Thug.

The state was wrong, for allowing Woody to testfy without legal representation. They had no plans to tell him his attorney was suspended. However when he brought it up Whitker showed her hand acknowledging that she had requested a public defender for him. This is such 🐂💩
