22:36, more accurate as regards the beginning of "Fragile Shorelines"...just me...thanks for up-load, good stuff!...thanks Mike Brooks!, wherever you are!
Thanks you! You're right on that, but it's actually tied to how the tape was mixed. My pleasure for the upload, Mike Brooks is so underrated despite a magnificient music!
Thanks you! You're right about that, especially the low budget ones with landscapes views with the music, or the hero alone in some land... And this is why we love it!
I would say eerie and strangely contemplative but I can understand where it goes depressive ambient! Really glad you like it, the pleasure of sharing jewels is mine. :)
Excellent in mute to taste good Chinese dishes in a comfortable and deliciously decorated restaurant! To listen in moderation of course, and respecting the usage distanciations¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thanks you! It clearly is. Old synth got unimitable charm and musical experiment, one that would fit perfectly in films for landscapes scenes akin to a binary sunset.
@@machinesnoires The pleasure is mine! It struck me when I listened to it, so I had to share, of course others will be shared too, from others artists, if I am sure it can be done and not already available here.

Oh god, you know him! Very happy you do. Sadly, he vanished after the 90's.. and despite my researches... no traces. There is chances he's since dead, but I have no idea: I do archived his musics as they deserve to be cherished and protected.
@@neronnevilknight I have Realms of Darkness tape still its like Mirage by Klaus Schulze.....you're right after the 90s he vanished. He only had a simple set up Jx3p, Juno106, mc202, Tr606 and later a Akai S900...but used the gear to make simple thoughtful music.
@@syntheticvisionsmusic You are a really lucky one! I do listen to Klaus Schulze too, so I totally understand what you are referring to. Some said in the past Mike Brooks was like Schulze in his inspired period. That's really interesting to understand more about the gear he used, as I am not too familiar with it: I only use my computer for composing music. I do have some tapes and vinyls but sadly none from these artists. One day, maybe! I can be proud of having still tapes of old niche french underground music.
reminds me of Edward Ka-Spels first solo record, Tanith and the Lion tree a bit, and early Pink Dots albums.
Thanks you! Interesting artists you got there. :)

Awesome, thanks for the upload, this takes me to some cheesy 80s dystopian sci-fi movie scenes
Thanks you! You're right about that, especially the low budget ones with landscapes views with the music, or the hero alone in some land... And this is why we love it!
This is the depressive atmosphere I was looking for. Thanks a lot

That's oddly specific, but why not! I personally use it while walking, being it windy or sunny. :)
I'm standing. In the woods. With a baby strapped to me. Throwing sticks.
❤❤❤❤❤thenks, mercy Gracias Spasibo danke Very wel🏆📀(это наши души после смерти)
Thanks you!
It reminds me the sound of Tangerine Dream of the '80
Thanks you! Well, same decade for the synth influence.. and what a great one!
Beautiful! Great listen to unwind to
A mistake? How about a hole bunch of them, but you already know that I think mistakes are really cool.
Nostalgic space vibes, love it
Happy you like it! There is a clear science-fiction tone to it that is amazing.
Wish there was a CD for this. I have the cassette but no cassette player in my car. Cars don't do cassette players now.
Sadly too old, unless you can engrave a CD of the album. :(
I'm telling you. It's a privilege that you are even paying attention
pof xf efnboe
I'm so sure that you got that one. They are actually unbelievable. That's my highest compliment
It's like the grandfather sound of Perturbator.
Clearly the heritage is present!
For me it's nothing but fun and good listening
the wind sounds remind me of Risky Business and Tangerine Dream.
You're quite right on that! A good windy sound is quite tricky to use but the false bad quality of it really play well.
If I say it's good twice, that usually means that it's really good
Even I got swept away by this band
I would never do that though when this band is playing
They are so much better than I could ever hope for. Unbelievable actually
Oh wow.
Impressive, isn't it?
Stunning. Just discovered Mike Brooks 2 weeks ago. Head blown off when I heard that first track on this last night.
Excellent!!!
Thanks you very much!
Very good!
Thanks you very much! :)
Very ethereal. This soundtrack should be featured on films.

I gotta admit, this is pretty good
@user-hz6vg9wb4e It is truly made in 1984! That was a wild period for synth.
Quite hardcore to find Mike's music online.
It is, need to search often for... So I do a little effort by keeping it here, easier to access. :)
So many artists are unheard of because of that!
@@neronnevilknight Thank you, this Mike Brooks is maybe the very best of his dark tapes. Love it.

Where the hell can I get this stunning piece of music on CD
I sadly don't know, as it was produced way before... however there is surely some engraving on CD possible using the files we saved!
