At 1.54, the PT's knees are clasping the patient's knees. How is she going to move towards the wheelchair without being tripped by his right leg?

Better with a hair belt. Especially for larger pts and why are they both barefoot? I guess it's a cultural thing but looks like they're in a therapy gym...
