Yes! I'd say McFarlane is on par sculpt wise while Marvel Legends is close articulation wise. This figure is the standard body type they should both be trying to achieve, the anatomy and articulation on these is what I want on my figs.
Worse than I kind of agree these are very toy articulation, plus Marvel Legends which has ugly gaps and pins visible on the arm, but the price here in my country is the price of joints at the level of this video, I don’t know how much cheaper it makes more sense for a joint more for toys and less Action Figure.

These things are top teir quality, it's mind blowing the level of detail packed into thus well articulated figure, the joints are perfect, the material is thick and heavy yet flexible and the weight is just awesome, also it would be amazing to see a head to head video with a vtoy buck and an arrbones specimen, great video keep it up.

It cannot be understated how smooth the articulation is, it's not tight where you worry that it is going to loosen over time, it feels actually like a hot toys body in 1/12 scale. There's also some texture on it, so it doesn't feel like a smooth ken doll, so it looks better in photography as well. I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to do with him yet, I put on some spare kung fu pants for the time being so he doesn't make others feel awkward. I'm glad you showed that it is compatible with some of the mezco hands, that opens up some possibilities. It's a great buck that has a lot of potential either as a dummy you slap some soft goods on, for customizers or kit bashers.
I PO a few of these a few months ago, only to be told that they were out of stock on release and have to wait for the manufacturer to make more. Crazy.

Would you know if they would make leaner/skinnier version in the future? I like the superhero build but the character I have in mind to make is a bit more lean.
It is very similar to the structure of the Storm Collectibles, with a little SH Figuarts on the knee, I just hope that this company makes other biotypes and a female age and size I think it would not work but chubby version, etc. It would be cool.

One of the best Chinese plain action figures bucks! Very versatile. Nice range of motion and articulation. Only down side is its super stiff! And his right arm falls off. And legs look wonky, but great figure!

This could make for an amazing Saitama custom with not even too much work to change it, you'd just need a yellow jumpsuit, white wired cape, some red gloves and boots and some paint work for the eyes.
Thank you for comparing him to Mythic Legions. I've been working on head to toe medieval/ fantasy soft goods and I think these bodies will work great to put them on and to mix in with my legions! Maybe Once I get it all worked out I can send you some to review if youd be interested.

Mcfarlane are great at sculpting and very sturdy. But very limited articulation.And the rubber capes, ugh!
This figure cost 35 dollars macfarlane and marvel legends are 20, you get what you pay for.
