I have been following you for almost 3 years now. I’m so proud of your comeback. I know you worked so hard to get your hair where it was. To bounce back like this is so inspirational because my hair is really growing through it and I just want to give up. Watching your videos through RUclips and IG has really helped me keep going especially because you’re so authentic. I appreciate you. Thanks so much.

Sooo Inspiring. Thank you for the encouragement. Had to big chop back in December due to a heat protectant that I thought was helping me out. Turns out it was full of all kinds of alcohol and completely dried out my hair to the point of no return. Hair was almost mid back. Just terrible. But I know WE will bounce back for HOTCURL SUMMER!!! 🥰

I need curl rehab... my definition is lacking... my spirals are not what they used to be... I'm so glad I found you! ☺😍☺😍
I think it's the hard water out here in the Midwest... also, for a time I was using Deva Curl products. I need to watch your curl training videos and other rehab videos. I want my old curly spirals back! 😭😢😭😢

I’m going through the same exact thing! I also used devacurl and I think the water where I just moved to has a bunch of minerals. My spirals aren’t the same either :(

Super late to the video, but hopefully someone sees this comment. I live in an area with hard water and suffer from itchy skin as I'm sensitive to some body washes and detergents.
I was noticing that the water during showers was irritating my eyes so I bought a Berkey brand shower filter and after the first shower my eyes didn't itch and hurt, my skin stopped itching and being extra flakey, and my hair started to feel better (a change in hair products and techniques also helped).
The shower filter is pricey, but mine lasts almost a full year so it's worth not having an itchy body and scalp that drives me crazy. I'm now able to skip hair washing more often which is better for my hair and scalp.
I hope this helps whomever reads this. Nest of luck to everyone working to improve their hair health.

Also wanted to note that my body lets me know when I need a new filter because my eyes start to get irritated from the chemicals and minerals in the water and my skin feels itchy and irritated. My hair starts feeling odd so from all these things I know it's time for a new filter, and it's usually around the one year mark that it needs to be changed. My household is 3 people and pets that shower several times per week. We tend to shower more in the summer and less in the winter.

Glad your hair has come back, it gives me a bit of hope. But I do have a couple questions, if you don't mind.
    1. Is there anything specific that helped your with excessive hair loss? I have been losing more hair than usual and not sure what I can do about it.
    2. Has Curlsmith been the only brand you've used during this journey?

I absolutely LOVE your curls and am envious of them! Do you think this would work with waves? I have 2b hair and was wondering if maybe doing this will help my hair not fall flat as quickly.

I have so many questions! I finally got a curly hair cut appt for December! I’m excited! Here is a question, how do you know if you need protein or not in your hair? I use some of the curlsmith products already just not all of those! Thanks

Great tips and hair goals! If you wash your hair twice a week do you use the bond rehab or olaplex every or every other wash day so once or twice a week? How often do you use the scalp line...i.e. the primer, shampoo and conditioner? Thx. J. 🙂

What diffuser do you use? I am in the process of trying to buy one, but I am not sure which ones are the best!! I saw one on your amazon store, but it was quite expensive haha! Any cheaper alternatives that you would recommend?

You should look into fast hair growth fortified shampoo to double hair growth.

My hair is in part type b, and in some areas it's a c (But like a 2C), and it's got some 3As in there too. I want it all to be that curly spirally pattern like yours Felicia (Which it is in some parts) because I just think spirals (locks) look healthier (Just me, not an actual fact), I was wondering what to do about that...
    Is it even possible??
