For context on Little David: Little David was a 914mm siege mortar designed to break through the Siegfried Line, but was ultimately used to test aerial bombs during WWII and never saw use in actual combat. Also the sound from Object 601 firing was very underwhelming lmao

There are way more guns than those! Like satsuya deck gun and 152mm howitzer which has an artillery upgrade and a nuclear upgrade. I really love this mod, you should make another video about it
I know you guys are incompetent, but I think this mod and other mods with IRL ammo types should be revisited with you guys having notes about each ammo and how to best use them. Yes, a lot of the guns go BRRRRRT! and the ammo types seem to make little to no difference at first, but trust me. Using the correct ammo at the correct time will table the turns so hard they become dressers. I'm going to assume that the mods work based on if the ammo has met a certain condition it does more damage than if it has not, which is kind of how the IRL stuff works in a way as well. But like with certain armor piercing ammos, they HAVE to be shot at metal armor for you to get the most out of them. You can shoot them at bracing, but I don't think you'll get the full effect out of them. AP - Armor Piercing. It's a solid hunk of metal going fast intended to pierce through armor using brute force and 0 explosives. APRC - Armor Piercing Rigid Composite. It's a solid round that's made out of a harder alloy composite that's supposed to do better than normal AP rounds. Still no boom on it. HEAT - High Explosive Anti-Tank. Using the Munroe effect, this round explodes on armor, pierces through, and shoots a jet of liquid metal and super heated air into the armor plate and it melts through and continues on for a bit. On tanks, it ends up hitting the "not armor" bits like engines, ammo, and crew and it makes for a bad time. In the game it'll damage the armor plate and then damage anything behind it. APDS - Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot. It's a faster moving AP round but it's also a little smaller. It trades in size for speed and the discarding sabot is really the casing around it while it's in the gun barrel to make sure it's being pushed out with all the propellant. APFSDS - Armor Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot. Same thing as APDS, but now think of it as a lawn dart from hell. The difference between the 3 in game (AP, APDS, and APFSDS) is trajectory and drop. APFSDS has very minimal drop to it. ATGM - Anti-Tank Guided Missile. A missile with essentially a HEAT warhead on it that you "should" be able to guide towards enemy armor. But in game it should just be another thing good against things hiding behind armor. HE - High Explosive. It go boom on impact. HESH - High Explosive Squash Head (I don't know if there's a mod with this in it.) Basically it kind of is a mix of HEAT and HE without actual AP capabilities. By that, I mean the round hits armor, flattens, explodes, and then the shock from the explosion is supposed to spall off fragments of the armor on the inside to then go flying around and damaging things behind the armor. It basically uses the enemy's armor as the means of hurt. APCBC - Armor Piercing Capped Ballistic Capped. It's an AP round with a pointy end stuck on the nose to make it more aerodynamic and get more speed. It's not too special, but it's apparently something that was invented and used. The reason I've gone and explained all of this is if you experiment at all on your own, certain guns in this mod have really scary ammo on them. I believe the Soviet 203mm gun has an APFSDS round and if your enemy does not have armor in place to even attempt to slow it down, it can rip a straight line about 3 boxes wide straight through one of those ship builds. Not completely destroy those boxes, but you'll see damage straight through the entire base. Like they can be insanely over powered. I think that same 203mm gun has a nuclear round and that is also OP. It basically makes an irradiated sun that hangs around, keeps setting things on fire, and won't allow your opponent to really rebuild until it expires. So I mean, just for one video, seeing you to be quasi competent would be nice.
