What do you mean. The prototype is evil. He killed catnap and in ppt2 when mommy was dying she was scared and said "He'll make me part of him. " That means they all fear him.
This gives me the idea that the prototype killed Catnap out of pity, from the beginning we can see that catnap is extremely skinny, so it is not just an effect of the gas, he is that skinny. We learn that they live off the remains of the hour of joy and see catnap eat a tiny critter in the game. They are probably running out of food to rely on, so they will eventually starve or eat each other till one is left. This proves that Catnap is a good guy, unlike huggy he did not take the chance and try to eat us right away. He warned us that if we do not leave, then he will harm us, but before that he has been merely scaring us away. Catnap was starving and our body would only let him live a little while longer, so the prototype saved him from a sad death, the last thing Catnap saw was his saviors hand reaching out for him to help.
This is unlikely, ollie states the catnap enjoys the hunt and revels in it, a starving animal wouldn't toy with its prey it would just kill it instantly, why would catnap knock us out and transport us to different places if he was dying of starvation? He believes what he is doing is essentially "Gods work" in his eyes it's his duty to destroy and murder all heretics who stand in the way of 1006's will, this is catnap's one motivations and pleasure serving his god anyway he can and after he fails he seems to either ask for help in return for all his hard work or he's offering up his body for something greater CatNap is NOT the good guy here, he's actually the most evil characters we've met so far apart from the prototype
I also really like this comment. However, I think Catnap just have a skeletal structure by default and not because he was starved. If you watch the Hour of Joy tape then you can see Catnap appearance looks pretty skeletal with visible spine so unless Playtime Co was starving him before the Hour of Joy for some reasons, it is more likely that is just how he looked

I have a feeling that, CatNap had no idea that he was just a pawn in 1006's game. I think, and this is just going off of the shrine he made, that he genuinely thought that 1006 cared for him. That's why he looked to it for help when it appeared in the ceiling. I feel bad for CatNap. You spend all that time doing what someone tells you to, devoting time, effort, and pain to a cause, only to have the one you look to to help you stab its hand through your face. Imagine that, you've served an idol your whole life and then they kill you the moment you show weakness. I have serious doubts that CatNap knew he was going to be killed and was simply begging for mercy and help from 1006.
I think he offered himself to the prototype, he was weak and knew he would die of hunger some moment so he was simply crazy and gave hes body to proto, i think what catnap did is sick, Theodore is sick, he was crazy and was willing to kill what are supposed to be hes friends, other human souls just for the prototype

as a dev in learning for my own games and had to learn a lot about development which I'm sure you know but for people in the back firstly for "teleportation" obviously it's just to get rid of the model out of scene without having to place them outside of the map. It's coded to where when the character is done doing it's cutscene or premade movements, it just leaves out of the map and sight of the character secondly....I personally want to know for an arm that's a gaint...erm...well arm, seeing how Sure the devs knew people would hack the game, that how is he up in the vent, able to kill him and pull him up, and bro doesn't even have anything to hold onto lol. Yes it saves time and animation from putting something in there Logically. still though lol. thirdly, I'd imagine for pre-made cutscenes it would be hard to hack in and try to see the surrounding areas excpet for the small places that are more 3D. what I'm saying is that a lot of the places you go to could be easily JPG 3D renderings instead of ACTUAL places which gives the illusion of being in 3D space. easier concept and easier time to spare. fourthly yes character's who crawl out or disappear normally are carried outside of the map obviously because they can't be seen outside the map and either stay there or disappear. for attacks or "placeholders" there isn't really any "multiple dogdays" yes I mean there are, but there's still only one of him. it's there just for punishment. and it's easier to place three instead of having a code to where if you enter you get caught and hope it works and just place down there and have them all coded to attack if you go in. Almost like Bendy how there are multiple outside the map. it's easier to create multiple and have them have their own path code, then it is to hope and relay on the coding to always work for just one and it's a bit messier of a map code if done that way. Fith...ly? I don't even know about the cieling fan one lol. they didn't have to place a cieling fan there and could've had him just crawl through and stay stagnant for a bit. Even I'm questioning the idea behind why the cieling fan lol. Sixthly, no if you teleport somewhere next to an enemy that's already on it's coded path, it will likely NOT attack you because as we discovered there are multiple catnaps placed in areas for certain things. This one that was walking by was just on it's own set course to walk by. not to be coded to attack. If it's not coded to attack it won't. seventhly, catnap is just designed to hang from the cieling to stop him from going forward. and at this point in the game which leads me to.....eightly? both horrified catnaps are hallucinations that's why he instantly turns that way because he's tricking us the player into thinking he's this horrid colorless beast, to scare us. But hes not that way at all, it's the red smoke making us believe he is. so when we breath it in, he instantly turns into a nightmare. and yes its instant which is covered by the red smoke since it's easier to just get to it behind a smoke cloud then have different models render him into a deformed form. ninthly, as for dogday he obviously has no code other than to stand there for awhile after the player leaves since you obviously can't go back. they aren't going to waste time with animation on the other side of a door you can't really look through unless hacked through the door. and obviously disappear as you disappear to the next map section. and good job glitching him over by having him mirror the players movements and dragging him over to kill you lol. he somehow got stuck on the players movements lol when you learn about how deving works it makes sense and where they cut to save time and energy. yes it's funny ad can be great meme fillers but you can't expect devs to think of everything where they do go off to do something else they don't the disappear or stay stagnent until the next scene

I love how the opening in the ceiling the Prototype pulls Catnip into is lit up so brightly, it's like Catnap's 'god' is reaching down from heaven to collect him. And so the injured Catnap is put out of his misery by his god and ascends as a good believer should.
Honestly, I think the prototype is the good guy here. He only killed bad people; that's for starters. And Kissy Missy killed people, and she is with Poppy, so... And the prototype saved Cat Nap as a human but now kills him? It makes you think the prototype wasn't very fond of what Cat Nap was doing after becoming a toy. While Poppy is just, in my opinion, trying to break out and gain her freedom, the prototype isn't letting them out, and that's why they want to kill him.
Nah, he definitely knew. That's why he was scared and backed away from it at first. But then he realized that it was either that, or slowly dying from his wounds. So he picked his God, even in the very end.

My guess is that the prototype is going to use the parts from the creatures we've killed up to this point and either add them to itself or create an entirely new abomination made up of parts from them as a boss for us to fight in part 4 of the game

Sixthly, no if you teleport somewhere next to an enemy that's already on it's coded path, it will likely NOT attack you because as we discovered there are multiple catnaps placed in areas for certain things. This one that was walking by was just on it's own set course to walk by. not to be coded to attack. If it's not coded to attack it won't.
seventhly, catnap is just designed to hang from the cieling to stop him from going forward. and at this point in the game which leads me to.....eightly?
both horrified catnaps are hallucinations that's why he instantly turns that way because he's tricking us the player into thinking he's this horrid colorless beast, to scare us. But hes not that way at all, it's the red smoke making us believe he is. so when we breath it in, he instantly turns into a nightmare.
and yes its instant which is covered by the red smoke since it's easier to just get to it behind a smoke cloud then have different models render him into a deformed form.
ninthly, as for dogday he obviously has no code other than to stand there for awhile after the player leaves since you obviously can't go back. they aren't going to waste time with animation on the other side of a door you can't really look through unless hacked through the door. and obviously disappear as you disappear to the next map section.
and good job glitching him over by having him mirror the players movements and dragging him over to kill you lol. he somehow got stuck on the players movements lol
when you learn about how deving works it makes sense and where they cut to save time and energy.

I think I know the ending for the full game of Puppy Playtime for all chapters. I think the final boss fight will be the Prototype with all of the characters. You have killed Being merged with it I mean Mommy Long Legs tell us she doesn't want to be part of him

I love how the opening in the ceiling the Prototype pulls Catnip into is lit up so brightly, it's like Catnap's 'god' is reaching down from heaven to collect him. And so the injured Catnap is put out of his misery by his god and ascends as a good believer should.
Honestly, I think the prototype is the good guy here. He only killed bad people; that's for starters. And Kissy Missy killed people, and she is with Poppy, so... And the prototype saved Cat Nap as a human but now kills him? It makes you think the prototype wasn't very fond of what Cat Nap was doing after becoming a toy. While Poppy is just, in my opinion, trying to break out and gain her freedom, the prototype isn't letting them out, and that's why they want to kill him.
A much more plausible answer to where capnat headed, he went to heaven, that's it, that's my only answer, thank you for you're time.
