What I got from this is that you're soooo many people loved you. How ironic is that. Your mom loved you so much she couldn't have you close by and not be able to show you that love. Your aunt and uncle loved you so much that it broke them to lose you. Your adopted parents loved you so much that they fought to have you. Boy, you were surrounded by love, powerful love, love that was so strong from all sides ( all the people involved) individually and collectively since the day you was born and its ironic that you didn't experience or maybe felt that love.... I know this might sound funny but you are Harry Potter in a snese of so many loved you and even when this bad thing happened that you lost your mom, the spells of love cast protected you.... Living in Watts, in a gang, selling drugs or strung out, or maybe in jail or even dead. God knew what He was doing evening when you didn't understand. Jeremiah 29:11 says: For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, yup give you an expected end. You you where Loved and you needed to be preserved so no your aunt couldn't have you either because God wanted you to have life and that which is abundantly. In the end when it was safe to do so He brought you all back together. Sorry your dad could not experience the joy but I'm pretty sure his prayers were answered. He's probably rejoicing now knowing that you all are together. Sorry for your hurt and pain but look at the bigger picture. In 1984 my mom up and moved us from California to Minnesota we had no family here, none. I was 14 thought she was crazy hated her my favorite great aunt died a year later. Oh how I missed her never understood why until I got grown and begin to think about life and where I'm at and where I probably would be if we had of stayed there. Plan and Purpose for your life.

All I know is he is a man of great emotional maturity to face and be honest about all his pain and loss. I'm adopted and I thank my birth parents for life, because the easy way out was an abortion. Imagine all the kids that have emotional scars bc their parents would "never choose" adoption, yet they're being mentally, physically and sexually abused bc the parent isn't really able to parent. We ALL have issues, some more then others and your birth family will never fix those issues and vice versa. Meeting your birth family is just the cover of the book, your about to open. Ans they're complete strangers. Set boundaries and make an effort to build the relationship bc they're all trying to heal just like you. Much love and best of luck in the new chapter.
Sensational Finds - thanks for sharing this as I wanted to know if all adopted persons feel the same way (so overwhelmed with rejection loss etc). However from what you said it seems though there maybe similarities in your experiences maybe not all are impacted the same way (am I right?). I know what I have experienced in not having had a 'proper' relationship with my father CAN NO WAY COMPARE TO BEING ADOPTED but it seems to me to be the only thing i can use to even get an inkling or very minute speck of how adopted persons must feel. Hope I haven't said the wrong thing as I don't want to offend or belittle persons' pain so will sign off here but just have to reiterate all children are special and gifts from God no matter the circumstances of our births and life journeys.

Look, I'm new to your channel. Found your adoption videos by chance. I have a son very close to your age. He's 2 years younger. I just want to maybe suggest that you view things through a different lens. You have such an amazing story filled with love. Soooooo many people were and are in love with you. You brought joy to so many lives. And the fact that you are now attempting to assist others with a similar story is nothing short of amazing. Such a contribution to the world is immeasurable. I do although I'm not adopted understand the void you felt but please know you are highly favored. So many people have never experienced such love. How could such a gift ever be a mistake?!?!? I think there are gifts and attributes in you that are rare and valuable. You birth mom needed you in order to turn her situation around. Sounds like your auntie needed you too. I'm sure you gave her an immense amount of love and joy even if it was for a short time. And then you rescued your adopted parents and family. All of those contributions made you the amazing man you are today. Your past mistakes are just that, in the past. You've learned and grown. Well done.....well done.

As a child it's never your fault. As an adult we are often put in situations that we have to make that's for the better for everyone. At times that may be one of the biggest choice for life for both parties. You are here for a reason and purpose. Your testimony now may help some one else. I can go on for days. I often tell my Family/Friends/Soldiers to take care of you because no one can do it better than you. Please note that if you need to speak to someone to please do so because keeping it buried will continue grow inside you and mold you into someone you are not. STAY BLESSED AND HUMBLED

I felt this on a whole different level, I feel as if everything would be better without me here. I remember when I was in my car crying. I called my dad and told him I loved him and he asked me whats going on, and I lost it. I started crying and saying this world would be 10x better without me here. I was on the phone for about an hour, mind you hes at work. He drove to me and stopped me from taking myself out of this world. That moment was painful cause I never wanted to put my parents thru anything like that but I felt they would be better off if I wasnt here. You can get thru everything. Regardless of how low you fall you can overcome anything. We are all here for you bro🙏🏾

I'm married to a man who was abandoned by his mother here in Los Angeles at 6 months old. He was then passed around through multiple foster homes before he even turned 2 years old. These feelings don't go away. But when you acknowledge them, just like you have, you learn to allow them to move through you and heal, instead of masking them and "compensating" for them in other ways. So... thank you for being brave. Thank you for reminding me of the thoughts and feelings under the surface of my husband that are there, even during the moments he isn't expressing them. For him, overcoming and becoming successful wasn't the answer for healing, though it does show his strength. Sharing his story has been his greatest power and greatest healer. Just know that... our greatest purpose can simply be sharing our story and pain, which in turn heals countless others you will never even know about.

thank you for shedding a true light on what many of us have to experience. you described the pain in a nutshell. trying to help outsiders understand it is really hard and has ruined many relationships of mine due to never being on the same page. feeling angry that someone in a better situation has the nerve to complain when the life they are complaining about is all that I have ever wanted. but one day just like the rest of us, I had to realize that its not their fault, and my burden isn't always meant to be shared even if it feels too heavy to carry on my own.

I don’t know what it’s like to be adopted, but I can only imagine the hurt and emptiness you feel on a day to day basis.. however, I do know what it’s like to have that same emptiness. My father was never in my life, but has 3 other kids that he loves and cares for and lives with everyday. I know how it feels to think you’re a burden and think “why am I here?”. But always remember, you’re here for a reason. Your birth family may not have been in your life always, but they are here now. And they all seem to genuinely love you. Your family has doubled in size, you now have so many people who are here for you, who love and care for you. You ARE worthy. I pray that God heals your mother, I pray that God allows you to feel whole again and take away the pain you’ve been feeling. Stay strong!

Its ok thank you for sharing .i also was adopted as a newborn and i did my own research and found my family in 2012 after finding out when i was 13 in 88 when my parents past.it was unreal for me and i was upset and now im at peace but i missed meeting my real mom they said by 6 months before i found them and it broke my heart i lost two moms and a dad .now im looking for my dad side hopefully ill have closer .thank u for your story💙
Watching you put the pieces of your puzzle together is inspiring. This is your testimony which will help others along their path. Don’t consume others decisions as your fault, I wasn’t adopted but my mother let my grandmother raise me. I’m on this same journey of finding out why. I noticed it prevented me from becoming close to any woman in my life and Im a female; but female friends were far and few. In order to move past this I had to heal myself and find out why my brothers got to live there but I wasn’t. My point is, even if your Aunt had raised you the pain is still the same. Seem like they both love you dearly maybe The Most High needed to make you neutral in the situation for you to help mend the relationship because the love they have for you would make them do it. Hope you continue your relationship with them more healing in the process. Plus it seems that you have been blessed with wonderful parents so you have love all around. Remember your on the path to revealing your purpose don’t ever confuse that with being a mistake call you aunt for clarification and ask your mother some questions if need to but get answers and close those doors so you have no reason to feel confused.

In 1984 my mom up and moved us from California to Minnesota we had no family here, none. I was 14 thought she was crazy hated her my favorite great aunt died a year later. Oh how I missed her never understood why until I got grown and begin to think about life and where I'm at and where I probably would be if we had of stayed there. Plan and Purpose for your life.

I'm adopted and I thank my birth parents for life, because the easy way out was an abortion. Imagine all the kids that have emotional scars bc their parents would "never choose" adoption, yet they're being mentally, physically and sexually abused bc the parent isn't really able to parent. We ALL have issues, some more then others and your birth family will never fix those issues and vice versa. Meeting your birth family is just the cover of the book, your about to open. Ans they're complete strangers. Set boundaries and make an effort to build the relationship bc they're all trying to heal just like you. Much love and best of luck in the new chapter.
Sensational Finds - thanks for sharing this as I wanted to know if all adopted persons feel the same way (so overwhelmed with rejection loss etc). However from what you said it seems though there maybe similarities in your experiences maybe not all are impacted the same way (am I right?).
I know what I have experienced in not having had a 'proper' relationship with my father CAN NO WAY COMPARE TO BEING ADOPTED but it seems to me to be the only thing i can use to even get an inkling or very minute speck of how adopted persons must feel.
Hope I haven't said the wrong thing as I don't want to offend or belittle persons' pain so will sign off here but just have to reiterate all children are special and gifts from God no matter the circumstances of our births and life journeys.

I just want to maybe suggest that you view things through a different lens. You have such an amazing story filled with love. Soooooo many people were and are in love with you. You brought joy to so many lives. And the fact that you are now attempting to assist others with a similar story is nothing short of amazing. Such a contribution to the world is immeasurable. I do although I'm not adopted understand the void you felt but please know you are highly favored. So many people have never experienced such love. How could such a gift ever be a mistake?!?!? I think there are gifts and attributes in you that are rare and valuable. You birth mom needed you in order to turn her situation around. Sounds like your auntie needed you too. I'm sure you gave her an immense amount of love and joy even if it was for a short time. And then you rescued your adopted parents and family. I felt this on a whole different level, I feel as if everything would be better without me here. I remember when I was in my car crying. I called my dad and told him I loved him and he asked me whats going on, and I lost it. I started crying and saying this world would be 10x better without me here. I was on the phone for about an hour, mind you hes at work. He drove to me and stopped me from taking myself out of this world. That moment was painful cause I never wanted to put my parents thru anything like that but I felt they would be better off if I wasnt here. You can get thru everything. Regardless of how low you fall you can overcome anything. We are all here for you bro🙏🏾

I'm married to a man who was abandoned by his mother here in Los Angeles at 6 months old. He was then passed around through multiple foster homes before he even turned 2 years old. These feelings don't go away. But when you acknowledge them, just like you have, you learn to allow them to move through you and heal, instead of masking them and "compensating" for them in other ways. So... thank you for being brave. Thank you for reminding me of the thoughts and feelings under the surface of my husband that are there, even during the moments he isn't expressing them. For him, overcoming and becoming successful wasn't the answer for healing, though it does show his strength. Sharing his story has been his greatest power and greatest healer. Just know that... our greatest purpose can simply be sharing our story and pain, which in turn heals countless others you will never even know about.

thank you for shedding a true light on what many of us have to experience. you described the pain in a nutshell. trying to help outsiders understand it is really hard and has ruined many relationships of mine due to never being on the same page. feeling angry that someone in a better situation has the nerve to complain when the life they are complaining about is all that I have ever wanted. but one day just like the rest of us, I had to realize that its not their fault, and my burden isn't always meant to be shared even if it feels too heavy to carry on my own.

Look my brother God makes no mistakes your presence is a purpose. Believe in yourself life is learning. You went through it you have come out on the other side a better man. You know we have to kiss some frogs to find your princess. You learned from failed relationships to be and do better. I just happen upon your video and I commend you for your courage in allowing others to see your vulnerability. You have what you need to make it again trust in yourself and the progress you have made. I will say a special prayer for you and your family. Its ok thank you for sharing .i also was adopted as a newborn and i did my own research and found my family in 2012 after finding out when i was 13 in 88 when my parents past.it was unreal for me and i was upset and now im at peace but i missed meeting my real mom they said by 6 months before i found them and it broke my heart i lost two moms and a dad .now im looking for my dad side hopefully ill have closer .thank u for your story💙
Watching you put the pieces of your puzzle together is inspiring. This is your testimony which will help others along their path. Don’t consume others decisions as your fault, I wasn’t adopted but my mother let my grandmother raise me. I’m on this same journey of finding out why. I noticed it prevented me from becoming close to any woman in my life and Im a female; but female friends were far and few. In order to move past this I had to heal myself and find out why my brothers got to live there but I wasn’t. My point is, even if your Aunt had raised you the pain is still the same. Seem like they both love you dearly maybe The Most High needed to make you neutral in the situation for you to help mend the relationship because the love they have for you would make them do it. Hope you continue your relationship with them more healing in the process. Plus it seems that you have been blessed with wonderful parents so you have love all around. Remember your on the path to revealing your purpose don’t ever confuse that with being a mistake call you aunt for clarification and ask your mother some questions if need to but get answers and close those doors so you have no reason to feel confused.

Watching this video made me teary eyed. Dont ever think your a mistake! At the end of the day look how you turned out. Your an amazing man with a huge heart and your doing a great job with these videos. Your making so many people smile and happy. Im greatful for your channel. Ive never been adopted but i can relate in some ways because i grew up without a father. Your videos lift my spirit everyday i see a new video
